Love Hootsuite! Best Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very seamless and very easy to use. I love both the scheduling and Inbox on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing would be the analytics where it says best time to publish and you get different times for your account inside Instagram overview compared to the analytic section best time to publish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making scheduling super easy and simple and having our inbox all in one place since I manage a few different accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Ai feature where it helps to come up with content ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to select different posting options for each platform. Eg. if a video is posted it seems to choose if its a story or reel. I wish there was more control and access to posting features. It seems like posting directly from a phone works better for customizing certain things.

Ease of creating content, judging the effectiveness of my posts, gathering data about performance, knowing the best times to post

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Can organize all our social agency clients in 1 planner. Can now place facebook ads thru hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Facebook ads don't seem to show up in meta ad center until campaign completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keep track of our social clients thru the planner across all social platforms. Easier to manage social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can connect multiple social platforms and schedule content simultaneously. You can edit the content for each platform to diversify, but do it all at once. I like that I can schedule posts for an unlimited amount of time in the future. I use it all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Rescheduling posts is a little annoying. I can't reschedule the time, only the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to batch social media content instead of creating and posting new posts every single day. It saves me a ton of time each week and month.

I like that I can work with multiple accounts and delegate work to associates along with getting spell check and AI support for posting ideas.

This product is constantly upgrading and improving unfortunately this sometimes comes with bugs that take time to find and fix.

It allows me to manage multiple clients account and see all of our teams work on the calendar planner. It also allows us to do some bulk posting as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar view a lot. It is essential in helping me schedule and strategize my posts. It has a very user-friendly backend. Plus the analytics are very easy to navigate and helpful. I use Hootsuite every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish Hootsuite offered is video and image converting in the software. I receive a lot of HEIC and MOV file types, so I have to go to a third party to convert them into types Hootsuite will take. Plus, I can't crop or shorten videos in Hootsuite, so I have to do that in a third-party app, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all my posts organized. I have 7 different sites that send in posts, and having the calendar feature helps me make sure I'm not dedicating more to one than the other. Plus, the analytics help me track which posts perform the best.

The high price. We were forced to renew with a very unreasonable price hike.

Hootsuite is helping us solve several challenges in managing our social media presence. It keeps all our accounts organized in one place, which saves us time and ensures consistency across platforms. The scheduling tools help us plan ahead, while the reminders and performance analytics keep us on track with deadlines and goals. With the integration of new AI features, we’re also getting better at creating content more efficiently. Social Media Marketer's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is extremely helpful for organizing all aspects of social media marketing. From planning, to analytics, to caption generation, I personally have not found anything that this application cannot help me tackle. My favorite thing about Hootsuite is the ability to post on multiple platforms at once. I select the platforms I want to post on, put in the media and a caption then schedule the post in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking Instagram accounts can be a headache. The company I work for needed our secondary Instagram account in Hootsuite.
This account is targeted to children so we only had a Instagram for this focus and not a connected Facebook. Hootsuite makes you connect Instagram through Facebook which made this process difficult. We had to make a Facebook (which we don't use) and link it to our Instagram and then connect the Facebook through Business Suite for it to work in this application.
