Useful but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Control of multiple social media platforms

Uploaded images frequently show up as links

Cuts down time dedicated to filling out and monitoring multiple platforms

Does a lot but not everything. Won't replace the features of the original interface, particularly in regards to formatting.
Easy, Breezy, Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple users at once, able to monitor multiple channels at once, basically a multitasker for the already hectic social media manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that is not as effective as others, In certain platforms we cannot add certain attachments, be sure to do it manually or go back and edit...then again, double the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
simple social media content posting for the everyday task.

This is great for small businesses. It is easy to use and track the different channels. Also, great when managing and levering social media content.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it simple to post to multiple platforms without having to log into them individually. This is especially helpful when posting to social media from events.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't post multiple images to Instagram from hootsuite (even though that feature is now available in Instagram) and if you post multiple images to Facebook, it posts separately instead of putting all the images together with the caption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with our followers on the go. I don't have to be tied to my computer to like, share and comment. I've found that we're able to increase our followership by posting more regularly through Hootsuite.
User friendly social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user friendly this product is. I have been able to adapt to updates easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were simpler to generate reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to post to several social media platforms quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to schedule out most of my social media platforms so that I don't have to worry about posting directly to the individual sites every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that my Instagram posts don't automatically post and that I still have to go into the app and push the post out at the appropriate time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is that it won't push out my Instagram posts. However, it has allowed us to plan ahead with our social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The toughest thing for us is that you still have to manually push out Instagram posts at the appropriate time, other than that we have been very happy with Hootsuite.
Great For Running Contests
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Hootsuite to run contests on social media because it aggregates hashtags and makes it easy to collect entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how tweets sent from Hootsuite look like links in the news feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I made it easy to collect contest entries and choose a random winner using Hootsuite. I used to use it to schedule Facebook posts, but I do that all right through Facebook now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you're going to use it often enough to warrant the cost of the software.
Hootsuite for the Social Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to monitor several social media platforms, update and schedule posts and also provide analytics reports for my clients with one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. I've only been using the software for 3 months now but I'm satisfied so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far. I love the benefit of monitoring several social media channels in one place.
Love this product just not a huge fan of its integration with Instagram.
What do you like best about the product?
This product is amazing. It helps me stay on track with social posts. I absolutely love its integration with Tailwind, not a huge fan of its integration with Instagram.

I would love love love it if it would automatically post to Instagram, instead of notifying me when I need to.

We are able to consistently post and stay relevant with our customers.

I loke that I can do a lot of my postings in advance so I don't get lost in social media world, plus i get all my analytics right there

the layout sometimes I wish it was different but I am not really sure what about it I would change

I am solving my social media engagement issues and create time management solutions by scheduling posts in advance
Pretty good service for scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I like that I can get to the homepage and post a message quickly and select which accounts I'd like the information to go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like. I wish all services were free!

Scheduling media. It saves time and keeps me organized.
