What do you like best about the product?

Simple-to-Use & Comprehensive

What do you like best about the product?
The Hootsuite platform is far easier to use than some other schedulers I've tried, which is always appreciated. Additionally, the analytics tracking tools are incredibly comprehensive. Customizable reports make it easy to focus on what is important to OUR company, as opposed to standardized reports that can provide loads of information we may find irrelevant. Lastly, I'm a big fan of the industry comparison feature that shows us where our metrics stand in relation to our competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there's no option to add an additional team member without paying for multiple additional platforms. In other words, if I wanted to add another person onto my account, it would nearly TRIPLE my annual cost, even though there are no additional posting platforms being added. It's limited me in the respect that I have to do all the scheduling myself, though it would be far easier to defer this task to an assistant, but I have to be able to access for metric tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple brands and various social media platforms for each. Hootsuite allows me to handle all of them in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies scheduling and posting across multiple platforms. Instead of logging into each account separately, I can plan everything in one place.

Suggests the best dates and times to post.

I also appreciate being able to view all my social inboxes in one place—it saves a ton of time and makes it easier to stay on top of messages and comments.

Overall, Hootsuite helps me stay organized, consistent, and more strategic with my social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to search for old posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to add the first comment on Instagram automatically. It's a major game changer, especially since you can't include clickable links directly in the post.

I think Hootsuite is the most user friendly social media management software. There really isn't anything I don't like about it.

Easy Company Promotion

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to share company posts, articles, news, etc. on social media (LinkedIn).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get an error message saying a repost didn't actual repost. It only seems to happen with reposts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is providing a quick easy way to share and promote my company on LinkedIn. This helps with customer awareness and engagement.

Great way to lock in with your employer assisting in advertising for the company

Slight confusion in the beginning by having to Click on amplify instead of hootsuite.

No problems, just advertising for my company on social media. Doesn't save user name and password

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create posts months in advance and have them set-up to upload automatically. It makes it very easy to play way ahead and have a calendar ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The app is easy to follow and easy to use.

It helps show us who is looking at our social media posts and in what areas we can grow more.

Consolidate Socials in One Location

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage and schedule my social platforms all in one location. I can easily look at the schedule and see what days I have missed or which ones do not have a photo associated with the post. I also enjoy the integrated AI which assists with length and tone as needed. I have been using Hootsuite for 13 years and I like the continued improvements and new platforms that are added. I log in twice a week to post on social and for specific events I can post months in advance so it saves me a bunch of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike, Hootsuite makes my life so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post on my social platforms at my convenience for the time frame that I decide. I don't need to log in at 8 am to post on Instagram I can log in the week before and assign date and time to release my posts. Such a time saver. I can do as much or as little schedule posting as I want. I typically log in twice a week to schedule posts for two different branches of my company, which is anywhere from 30 - 40 posts.

everything is helpful. i love it too much to dislike it... maybe change the name... hootsuite doesnt make sense to me

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to take a week long view of my content and to see what's coming down the line. I also love the AI assist to help with shortening posts to fit character counts, and turning one high performing post into several others. The new 'calendar days' feature is helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall my experience is positive - after all i continue to use it, but there are certian frustrations. When accepting suggeted changes to posts it has a tendancy to only past half of it, i regularly find posts that i was largely happy with, completely obliterated (sentences broken, bits missing) once i accept a change. I also find it frustrating that if i flip out of hootsuite to do something, there's a chance that any half written posts will be lost when i come back.
I also think adding emojis could be easier - instead of having to click into the emojis tab for each one, it would be nice to choose an emoji, and leave the window open so i could choose another straight away. It would make the process much more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post more efficiently, and across platforms. It saves me time and makes me more efficient.
