Good, but not always good
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling all social media one one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The size limitation of photos and the fact that it doesn't always send and gives no reason why

the ability to schedule social media in advance when we know busy times are coming up.

That you can have multiple social networks on it.

All the updates are annoying and sometimes have to be uninstalled and reinstalled.

It is an option when you want everything in one spot, and updates are not required if the update is not coming directly from the main source.

Be able to track the social media presence in different platform in the single dashboard

It's hard in the beginning to use Analytics tool

We will be able to interact more effectively with customers. Also, we are able to improve our reputation while protecting our brand on social media by tracking messages and mentions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create multiple streams allowing you to monitor not only various social networks, but subsidiaries of each -- i.e. a stream for Twitter mentions, RTs, likes; Facebook posts, messages, tags, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited in number of tabs allowed (20) as well as the number of streams per tab (10). Not particularly intuitive. Dislike the analytics available. There's no capability to post unique messages to multiple platforms simultaneously (for example, while you CAN post the same link and text to a business's Twitter, Facebook, and Google+, you can NOT customize the copy so that it's unique to each individual network).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Somewhat streamlined ability to manage multiple clients on various networks; have a greater understanding and awareness of the conversations occurring on social platforms.
Hootsuite is a hoot
What do you like best about the product?
I love the bulk scheduling feature, it makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Linkedin integration, I feel like it needs some tweaks added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps me to juggle 2 brands effectively and I'm able to see how my posts are doing on each platform and when I need to post.

What do you like best about the product?
Autoschedule feature is great, saves me lots of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered suggested times to post for the week, like Facebook Insights does

Being able to see competitor tweets, mentions, replies and posts all in 1 dashboard. Saves time and allows me to manage multiple accts at once
Scheduling Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the free version allows me to post in my Facebook group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I can not post on Instagram but that's a limitation with all schedulers and not a Hootsuite issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save so much time with batching content on social media and able to remain consistent.

You have to pay for a subscription. This can be pricey after a while.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it provides access to various social networks. While I primarily use Facebook and Instagram, I like that I have the opportunity to expand to other platforms like WordPress, Twitter and Foursquare in the future if I'd like. The Hootsuite's all-in-one interface is also very helpful because it allows me to organize my social media plan into different networks and streams. I also like the fact that they have an app directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be a little overwhelming if you do not have much experience or are not Hootsuite certified. It can be confusing at first to have so many streams and networks laid out at once. There are also so many aspects to Hoosuite. It can be difficult to gain a very strong understand of the app as a whole. The cost of the program is also a bummer. There are also many other additional expenses such as analytic reports & point systems and custom URL shortner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with the right audience at the right time; Creating similar content through different types of platforms;
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend upcoming users become Hootsuite certified before they start using the app so they can gain a strong understanding of the app and ease your start with the app because you are still going to be learning as you go. It is best to have a strong grasp on the basics.
