What do you like best about the product?
I liked how HootSuite allows you to pre-plan you posts
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the interface as much. I feel it could have displayed metrics better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to get more viewership and better event attendance

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, very affordable, allows for a lot of profiles to be linked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very collaborative for team work and very limited analytics. Wish it had better integration of customer relationship management (adding filters and tags). Would be cool to be able to save preset templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to see what is going on across multiple channels. Allows us preload posts strategically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand what tools your business really needs to successful on social. Hootsuite offers the basics but I think it is best used for small teams or individuals, otherwise it can be a bit messy.

the ability to post the same quick blog across all social media channels
What do you dislike about the product?
trying to post multiple pictures in one post, but it separates the pictures into two different posts. Inaccurate posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
short on time, hoot suite makes posting simple to do across all channels

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see all of the tweets I have scheduled in my dashboard, along with if anyone else on my team wrote them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the actual text editing feature. I don't like that you can't see a larger thumbnail of an image you attached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of not having time every day to send out tweets by pre-scheduling them either days, weeks, or months in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Campaigns feature and being able to create different landing pages for each campaign. There are lots of types of campaigns for different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are glitches in posting to Instagram that are very frustrating. I still get notifications for accounts from my previous job that I haven't been logged into in months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and listening in one tool. Ability to create and monitor campaigns, as well as create reports for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say it works best for multiple Facebook and Twitter accounts & posts. You are able to schedule them as far as you want in advance for multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram scheduling needs some work. I have had posts scheduled many times that never actually post. I'm not sure if I was setting it up wrong, but it's not a clear task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to advance the company's social listening tools. It's allowed us to be more involved with our audience and be relevant in society - not just a brand trying to sell product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely watch the tutorial videos! Also, there are a ton of videos on YouTube of people walking you through the process. It was a life savor.

What do you like best about the product?
Schedule posts to go out & forget about it! Easy to monitor hashtags and other accounts that I am interested in seeing what they are doing
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification to publish is often missed on my phone. Cannot schedule pins to go out. Cannot schedule auto post to instagram. Sometimes the feeds feel junky. Also easy to miss posts when a lot come in and doesnt always sync that I have already "liked" a post on a social network
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of focus on social media and limited knowledge of when our brands were being promoted or talked about on social meida
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it to help keep a constant eye on social media platforms. Should be checked at least once a day!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that the dashboard shows you all you need to know just by glancing at it. You can post to all your social media outlets at any given scheduled time and do it all in a few quick minutes. Once it is scheduled, you dont have to worry about a thing after. It also shows your ranking on each outlet as well as how many people have viewed that page and that specific post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like so much that you can't use certain media outlets. It also was a bit confusing to use at first. The guide to how to use it was a bit difficult to understand at first. Now, it is simple to use and really easy to understand but it took a minute for me to figure it all out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I don't have to dedicate more than a day to schedule all the posts. I can set aside an hour a week to make posts for each outlet and not have to worry again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to learn everything you can do with it

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to manage multiple twitter accounts, it's a simple platform and it's free!
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is impossible to contact, they aren't willing to help you one-on-one, it isn't a personal response it's a robot like response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time on using one interface to manage multiple accounts for the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare it to other platforms first, once you get started with it it's hard to have to start all over even if you have issues.
