Close to full features, few specific lags
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to preschedule, even in bulk, tweets and posts. In this capacity, it works brilliantly. The UX is superior in this space, and the pricing is fair. Some competitors charge way to much for a similar service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection between Instagram and Hootsuite leaves a lot to be desired, and I was always running into little bugs that would push me to navigate directly to social networks in the interest of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a busy organization. We don't have the time to jump from platform to platform sharing important messages. It's already a lot to customize artwork for all of the posts, so being able to quickly upload the content makes it a lot easier. We also have trouble keeping up with posts and tweets about our brand, and Hootsuite makes it easy to keep up.

Check out the more expensive Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
How I can schedule out hundreds of tweets a day. It was awesome being able to tweet at senators and congressional members to get attention for the trade association I worked for.
What do you dislike about the product?
No instagram! Otherwise, I really liked everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could spend an hour in the morning and then have all day to do other things as opposed to having to tweet every ten minutes!

Not really useful for Instagram for posting.

I wasn't able to post multiple pictures at once. This has been several months ago though, so it may have changed by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to help my employer from home and have been able to turn it into a tool for my own business as well. I still maintain the social media for my college job, that I have since "quit". And I was using this product to post for my Jamberry Business page and facebook parties.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used hootsuite for a number of years to publish on social media accounts. Interface was very easy to use and easy to setup. I have found this tool to be very helpful to promoting the articles I write for employment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have is the amount of platforms you can add. However, that is resolved by upgrading the service. The free service is great for small businesses who do not need to post a lot of content to sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to post content for veteran job seekers.

I didn't like that sometime when attaching photos, they didn't appear the way they would if I posted through the original social media sites.

I used Hootsuite to compose scheduled social media posts for promoting my business

What do I like best about Hootsuite? That it's easy to use; I like that you can edit the scheduling of posts in case you need to change the time you want it posted or if you want to change the picture in the preview button, so as to be customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I like best about Hootsuite? Nothing. Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about it, except that every now and then there will be a glitch, where the platforms will disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What business problems am I solving? Scheduling posts to appear when I'm not available to post. What benefits have I realized? That content gets posted.
Social Media Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
This is extremely easy to track your social media platforms. It's a great tool to see not only what you've put out there, but to also see what others are saying about you and to see what your staff is putting out there. You can use it for one social network or multiple, and can organize it as you see fit. If you had to run multiple social media networks, this is a handy tool to keep everything in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
For my purposes there isn't much of anything I dislike. I use it simply to track our social media, and schedule out some content. Since I'm not using this for multiple platforms or tracking multiple networks, I can't speak to how it works when utilizing a great deal of data like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great way to track social media, period. You can track what is being said about your organization, how your essentially being marketed and also use it to gauge your own marketing needs. Everything is centrally located which is extremely helpful.

This is very easy to use and enables you to track your social media all in one place.
