What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all my (twitter / Facebook / Instagram / Google plus) accounts in one page. The options to schedule my posts, status updates and photos makes it so much convenient to organise my time and maintain my online presence while am still not being online. One of the best features. Having the option to post the same content in multiple platforms, shrinking a link are some of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The twitter is character limited hence we have to post separately at times, and also there are issues encountered when uploading multiple photos for facebook / Google plus, I often ended up uploading them seperately. Also high quality images are a trouble when using hootsuite. Mentions are not feasible (eg: +username or @username)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the time to manage my social media accounts and the multiple social media accounts of the start-up company I am working for. Scheduling posts ahead, daily, weekly and bi-weekly makes it so convenient to keep up my online presence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can start with the trial version and see if it benefits your needs, and then go to purchase the package which would suite your requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule posts in advance. Also it's great to see an overview of all your managed pages at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to post directly from app. Interface is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to schedule my posts in advance since I'm usually busy at peak posting time or I just forget. Also helpful in scheduling more than one post at once on a platform or scheduling on multiple platforms at once

What do you like best about the product?
As a freelance writer and blogger, having all of my social accounts at my finger tips is crucial. I don't have time to look at each platform individually and Hootsuite allows me to look at them on one screen as well as interact with all of them via their post integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I have to purchase a package to use more than two social channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a lifesaver and being able to pre-schedule my posts has made my brand much more manageable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're an on the go blogger.. I suggest using Hootsuite for all your social media needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Can control and monitor various social media platforms from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be limited in what you can do. For example, cannot automatically post to IG for you. Certain # of accounts allowed for free version only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time when posting to various social media channels. Can easily track your feeds from one page.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has an excellent user experience, mobile app, and is quite extensible. For enterprise use it has top-notch security features such as drafting vs publishing privileges & 2-step verification for publishing on selected accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development has been a bit stagnant the past few years. There are not any glaring flaws that are left unaddressed, but for the cost of an enterprise license one would expect more regular rehauls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hootsuite platform has allowed me to contribute a team's worth of work in organic social while not having to dedicate my entire work week to it. During my 3+ years of handling the company social presence, we have not suffered a crisis or security issue, and this is largely due to our reliance on Hootsuite. While I find myself fighting for the budget every year to justify this tool, comparison shopping alternatives regularly prove Hootsuite to be the best value on the market for enterprise social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check to see if any of your existing software vendors have a suite and if they offer competitive pricing. Despite having systems from Oracle & Salesforce, neither of those competing solutions looked as fully featured and were priced well above what we pay for Hootsuite.

Convenient posts scheduler

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Hootsuite allows you to schedule posts on social media sites. We can schedule as many posts we want and so far they have all been posted without a single glitch or error. It also gives you an alert when your Twitter characters have exceeded which let's us edit the post, thus helping us identify such posts while scheduling. I also like the social media streams that show up on the dashboard. This makes it convenient to see what posts have been popping up on my timeline on a single screen. The best part of it is, Hootsuite is also available as mobile apps which makes scheduling posts even more convenient.
It has also social integrations for all major sites such as Facebook, google+, Twitter and LinkedIN.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is a great platform and has many social media integrations, and there is absolutely nothing I haven't liked in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a number of Facebook, google+, and twiiter accounts for many of my clients and I also used to post for them twice a week. Logging into their individual accounts one after another, and posting the same content, was a lot of hassle and time consuming too. With Hootsuite all I had to do was to the link the 3 accounts I need and schedule the posts on Hootsuite. The rest will be handles by Hootsuite. It will be published on my preferred sites on the mentioned date. this task which took about 30 mins a week, only took me 30 mins a month with Hootsuite. This was a convenient software as well helped me save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is an easy and convenient app to schedule your posts on multiple social media sites. You can also use the mobile app to do as you go.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it easy it is to monitor several social channels off of one platform. Scheduling content is also very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I particularly dislike, but I do think assigning social posts can be tweaked. I sometimes get lost between assigning a social post and knowing where to relocate that particular post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am on top of scheduling social content way in advance. I like the ability to map out posts, optimize their posting time and then keep track of their engagement after being published.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To get the full benefits of Hootsuite, I recommend syncing multiple social platforms to the site. If you monitor more than one social feed, Hootsuite makes it easy to keep track of everything.

Great for small businesses streamlining social media marketing and analytics into easy steps.

Multiple features require payment, such as additional reports and URL shorteners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of not being able to track social media. Benefits include better analyzing which posts gain the best responses, and capitalizing on them.

Easy to use, but may be cheaper options.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed using this suite of software, but right now it's not cost-effective for our company. There is a good possibility we will go back to it in the future, though.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a slightly steeper learning curve than some others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working to streamline our social media so we can be more productive on other fronts.

Definitely a great tool for those looking for an all-in-one option. Just too much for our needs right now.
