A Very Helpful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to schedule posts in advance so I can set them up and go on to the next thing. This has been a very effective way for us to communicate to our community. Our church has a reputation in our area for being excellent with social media. This can be largely attributed to the work we are able to do with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to replicate posts that we have already created. I do believe, however, that this is a feature of the paid version. That said, the product could be more streamlined as it is somewhat cumbersome when creating multiple posts that either share content or date frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite was vital in enabling me to work ahead while I was on maternity leave, advertising for several weeks without being dependent on my presence. This was a tremendous benefit for our community as my absence was not felt as greatly in our church's communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Hootsuite. It makes our communications so much more effective, without much extra work on our part.

Hand app to use but not the be all and end all

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to see in one fell swoop what is going in my social media accounts and multi-post amongst them. Super handy when needing to get some important messages out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of times a well composed and super hash tagged post for instagram has gone missing in the ether between my computer and my phone is ridiculous. I'm not sure what precisely happens and it doesn't happen all the time but I just WISH Hoostuite had a failsafe for sent posts that weren't received by the device. A place to save drafts or something!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media accounts in one place is super useful. Rather than logging into numerous accounts you can login to one thing and view what's happening and post from one place. Very handy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For all that Hootsuite can be a bit clunky from time to time it solves the problem of managing multiple accounts in one go. It allows me to craft my social posts in a more user friendly space than often the phone allows (on my computer instead) and I can monitor what's happening within one window rather than multiple. Be aware that sometimes posts can go missing, especially between hoot suite and instagram which can be a royal pain if you have carefully crafted your post and it goes awry. Not to mention Mac's new global copy and paste which seems to conflict with this ability as well - fun times!

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to post to all our social media sites at one time, and I love being able to schedule many posts in advance. It's a HUGE time saver!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really.... I think the whole platform is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by scheduling, for example, a week's worth of social media posts in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add multiple networks and schedule for all of them at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not user-friendly at times, especially on desktop.

Scheduling social media posts increases efficiency, saves time, and allows posts to go live at optimal times.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how my twitter account runs down the side of the page, not interrupting me while I work, but available for me to glance at, and interact with, when I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike. I do not use it right now. It was at a design company that I worked for in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. The bemefits were that I did not have to stop what I was doing to see what is going on in the world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommed using hootsuite with social media platforms. It is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
I have a team of social media coordinators, it's user friendly and we are able to organize and schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price structure, as our company expands and we add more restaurants...the price scale doesn't seem accurate for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Hootsuite, our company was not able to effectively respond to social media posts and location tags. Customer Engagement is key for the restaurant industry and Hootsuite has created a platform for us to execute this initiative.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so helpful to schedule posts across different social media platforms in one place

Kind of hard to use at times, can be glitchy and not post when it is scheduled to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can manage a good bit of social media channels on the free version. Most of my career I have been working for nonprofits so we didn't have a budget to obtain certain software. Hootsuite gave us the ability to manage several channels for a low price.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time, we couldn't manage Instagram on it. I haven't used it in a while so not sure that is the case today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to engage with our followers more having all of social channels in one place. I was able to see all channels on one screen and reply more real-time to follower's questions/comments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
See how many channels you have an evaluate the best pricing option.

What do you like best about the product?
I love every feature Hootsuite has. The capabilities of the software makes my life as a social media manager easy. Everything in one place, and is nicely organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't actually dislike anything about the software! I have no faults whatsoever
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing a number of clients in different times zones, so HootSuite's scheduling feature allows us to plan in advance when we aren't in the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try it out and all its features!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved having the ability to schedule multiple post at one time, while also working on several social entities across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time I was using it, I wasn't able to tag and correctly confirm that I tagged the correct twitter handle to the post while doing it through hoosiite. So instead of a one step process it took 3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling several social client and internal profiles at once and scheduling for future posting. Also, monitoring the activity of said profiles.
