it is easy to use and easy to understand.

it wasn't really a problem but an objective to increase our reach. and hootsuite helped me with that.

Great app that makes scheduling tweets, following multiple keywords or lists and managing multiple accounts super simple. The mobile app is easy to use.

I find the desktop application more complicated than competitors like TweetDeck.

Solves multi-platform management and scheduling issues. Allows for much easier layout of social media plans.

It is good, but with some limits that can only be resolved by also logging into the native social media platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set up my posts for later dates. I can be sleeping and still have a post made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to pay for extended use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep my clients clear of all the behind the scene work so that they can write without interruptions?
Saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule social media marketing campaigns weeks in advance. I use it for all of my big event promotions and it's very nice to have posts scheduled in advance during busy weeks before an event takes place.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. The product delivers and saves me time. I can't think of any specific dislikes. As long as the service keeps with the times we are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it saves me time. I can look at an entire marketing campaign as a whole prior to scheduling posts. I know what's the big message each week.
Life-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite really helps me manage and prioritize my time at work. Being a marketing company we're constantly on social media, there are so many channels that would take hours to update on a daily basis. Hoot suite saves me SO much time and I can manage what and when the content goes out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for it be a little easier to manage updates and scheduling on the mobile site. I have been in a bind before and have had to use their mobile application, I found it difficult to manage while on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to stay current and get information to folks about current listings, or properties as we're a real estate marketing company and things can change at the drop of a hat. With hoot suite I can ensure that information is being given to people (that is up to date) no matter what social media platform they use. It has really made my life easier and honestly, don't know what I would do without it.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes scheduling tweets and Facebook posts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scheduled sends fail. If you want to schedule a video, it takes a long time to upload vs. the short amount of time it takes to directly upload the video to, say, Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach consumers around the world during times I personally may not be available.

Very useful for Twitter as Twitter currently doesn't have a scheduling feature.
Solid service fo social media scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is a tried and true social media scheduling and management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike scheduling Facebook posts through a third party, so I was only using it for Twitter, which meant I didn't get full benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts for different clients. HootSuite definitely helps with that.

It's a powerful tool. It wasn't my personal preference, but I think that it definitely serves a good purpose.
Simple Planning & Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for almost 8 years. The program allows me to schedule content across several platforms & allows several staff members to contribute from other markets. I like being able to move the channels to adjust the view of streams, being able to see scheduled posts in chronological order and being able to switch easily across platforms & user accounts since I manage several accounts across several markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a little overwhelming/can get lost in the channels. I sometimes forget that I am looking at scheduled posts, versus posts that have already gone live. It would be nice to be able to color code the different streams and have a little more control over organizing them. It would also be nice to be able to set up parameters around what I am posting - for example: if I know I don't want to post more than 2 times per hour, have something flag me when I attempt to schedule a third post that hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule content is very important to the success of our events & campaigns. I can schedule content to reach fans in different time zones for contesting and target users in new ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple & effective, allows many users to contribute, able to share links and condense to not eat up characters, can monitor scheduled content flow, etc.
