Social Media Content Streamlined

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can login to one place and manage all my social media content across the different social media platforms. It's not just a tool for posting and sharing, it allows you to monitor mentions and other engagement across the different networks so you can stay on top of it more easily. This helps with brand monitoring and makes for some excellent customer/client engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is awesome, but I would love to see a few more platforms added. I would also like to see some more in depth insight analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us save a ton of time. instead of using personnel bandwidth to post our messages across the different networks we can sit down and schedule it all out. The process is now automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to streamline your social media strategy, I highly recommend you look into Hootsuite. It has really helped us take the busy work out of the social media portion of our marketing implementations. It may take a few days to set up a plan and organize how you want your automation to be set up, but it's completely worth it. Also i recommend trying to understand your audience and times of days that they engage with your social networks. This will help ensure you are scheduling automated posts that will be effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to learn, and easy to implement, and easy to control what gets posted!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features available in their "Pro" mid-tier of accounts. I'm in a small department, so we don't need a Team of accounts. But it would be nice to get some of the reporting and numbers stuff that's available!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a school district, and we are trying to get information out quickly to parents, students, and the community where they operate. It's much easier to co-ordinate from one place on Hootsuite. It's also wonderful to give our stakeholders real data they can use about what posts work and what doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule social media postings all in one place, to be posted at later times. This allows me to do all the upcoming posts at one time, for Facebook, Twitter, and other social media that my business uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, the service suits my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time efficiency. I don't have to go in and do each social media posting over and over, or a little each day. I can do all of it in one place at one time, and that leaves me with more time for other work.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's listening streams are extremely useful for monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky UI, especially during tagging makes it sometimes frustrating to schedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge is ensuring that our brand is pervasive and communicates our core values. While we have multiple other channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and media channels, they need to actually get to our new targets. Hootsuite allows us to do that in a timely, organized manner across different platforms. It also allows to monitor what's happening with our various stakeholders with listening streams, which allow us to track tweets and posts by categories we determine of users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The bulk scheduler is far from ready for use. Be prepared for that. However, unlike Buffer, Hootsuite is really built for businesses managing a lot of different channels which makes it the most robust solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the feeds are organized and the amount of services you can link before having to pay. It helped a lot in convincing the Executive management to switch from Buffer to Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the way that Instagram was delayed and for a long time wouldn't post directly from the webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good to get some analytics to support the decision making in regards to social media, one problem we had was figuring out when our audience was active, and we are using Hootsuit along with some other analytic sites to help us determine this and engage better, for fundraising purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, the Instagram posting features are annoying, but everything else is intuitive and quick to master.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to manage multiple social media platforms in one place such as twitter and facebook for my business. It also makes it easy to schedule multiple posts in advance for campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could more easily view other profiles of people who retweet, like, mention us or share my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to spend less time creating posts, because I am able to schedule multiple in advance, for multiple platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hootsuite to those managing multiple Social Media Accounts and to those who what to post and see feeds all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work on multiple social media platforms in one shot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up! lol This is nothing that Hootsuite is responsible for, it's just that I'm lazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing. That I am more proactive at marketing with all of my social media and sending the same message. So there's consistancy.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved that I could manage multiple social media accounts through this one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish you could schedule instagram posts through this app, but unless something's changed recently, I would've had to use something like Iconosquare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to run various social media pages for different projects through one app, which even helped us to fund one of our projects. Could we have funded it otherwise? Yes, but it would've taken us more time and could have contributed to our missing ideal posting times.

It's my go-to app for managing various social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite lets me not only follow activity on social from customers and competitors in one easy place, I'm also able to schedule posts across several platforms - which is a great tool. It also lets you tag pages in your posts making them ready to go live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Must post to Instagram directly from your phone even after scheduling from Hootsuite - although I think this is an issue with Insta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're benefiting from being able to schedule a week's worth of social posts all at once. Is really helpful when I will be traveling to a conference or on vacation, I can schedule our social messaging in advance and not have to find someone else to post for me. Also, it's a great way to interact with our customer's pages easily without having to seek out each account on the native network.
