Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive, easy to use interface. Provides transparency across an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are a bit buggy - like editing a scheduled post results in a blank "schedule a post" window after saving your changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency across the organization with regard to what posts are going out when.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tweets from Hootsuite and they can't be deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our company name in front of our customers; slowly increasing our follower base.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact we can schedule social media messages in advance and know they will be released when we designate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet - so far I've enjoyed all use.

Getting our message out without having to think about it on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the flexibility and personalization the platform allows. It was easy to create one post to go across multiple channels, and make sure the character counts, image links and tags were optimized depending on stream.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI seemed a bit jumbled and hard to navigate. It felt like I needed to dig really deep into the rabbit hole just to find old, or scheduled posts. If I wanted to change something I needed to find it first - which took forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of multiple streams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to use it properly first. It's not exactly user friendly so I recommend getting any/all training.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great. It makes it extremely easy to post on several accounts at once and schedule those posts. I also love the fact that you can view your post on each social media account all at once. This is extremely helpful especially since you don't have to go back and forth between various accounts to see posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I would like from Hootsuite is the algorithm for posting on various social media sites. Does it matter if you schedule your posts? Will you get more views if you post directly on the site? This info is probably available, but some kind of algorithm when you are setting up posts would be great. Or a list of key words to use in post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the only person that does all of our marketing and social media. It makes it easier for me to handle all of this on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely suggest anyone handling more than one social media account use the app. It helps you schedule out your posts and the free resources are also a great help. Recently, I used the social media planning guide in order to create a plan for the new year. It was extremely helpful and now I feel that our social media is on the right path.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Hootsuite is one of the easiest posting tools. With my pro account, I can post to multiple platforms at once and that is very helpful timewise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk scheduler is still a little difficult to use. I haven't used it in a long while so I'm not sure if it's changed since, however it would be nice if there was a pre-set template that you could just drop your text and pics into instead of having to put them on an excel sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not having enough time to post to multiple platforms is solved for me with Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule things in advance, obviously. The ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms with a single click is really useful. The ability to view analytics for different platforms side by side, and to export them, is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user experience could be improved.

I'm not a huge fan of the way the publisher is set up, it's hard to visualize and it's easy to schedule things for the wrong time or send instead of schedule if you're not paying attention. And they use the same icon for the 'schedule' button as the 'calendar view' button which is annoying.

Everything looks pretty messy as a general rule.

I personally found the analytics at the lowest price point to be unimpressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues regarding time constraints, continuity of brand message across platforms, and allowing a double check before publishing to maintain brand integrity.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hootsuite to monitor our social media pages -- whether that be for clients or for our own company's social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the dashboard could be updated at some point -- it's not super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see all sorts of behind-the-scenes stuff wit Hootsuite, which helps us create stronger content.

Try it out -- it's great!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, can schedule multiple posts at one across all the platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
instagram integration is subpar - although it does not seem there is a better solution on the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it can be very time consuming to post on multiple sites, we are able to schedule far in advance and easily review - this helps us to prevent errors and to ensure the whole team is on the same page.

Better instagram integration would be a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
I like the "set it and forget it" flexibility of being able to schedule out content for multiple channels. It's a good product for the price. I've had the experience of using a paid subscription (not teams, just two different pages to support), and I've also spent significant time on the free version. I always recommend Hootsuite to people who are new to self-promotion and seem to be spending all their real-time on their platforms. Enjoy your life: spend less of it live-posting!
What do you dislike about the product?
Slack on Instagram full size update, and the run-around for posting images to Instagram. If Hootsuite could get permissions to allow for a post directly through their app, rather than having their users merely send reminders and still require another action on their phones, it would be a breath of fresh air.

Additionally, the pricing structure for teams doesn't seem fitted well to the individual needs of businesses. There's a whole different pricing chart on the business landing page vs. the landing page for a user with Hootsuite in their history.
