Make life easier as a social media manager

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers easy publishing and thorough analytics. It is easy to track engagement, trends, and your competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes quality is bad when publishing from Hootsuite when the video gets compressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the sole person running our social media platforms time is my biggest constraint. Hootsuite makes it easy to manage 5+ platforms and to stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the calendar planning and ease of use to upload all my social posts in advance. I also really like the recommendations it provides for times to post etc. Insights are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the limitation of the monthly calendar view makes it not very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to book all my posts at once in advance instead of having to post on the go. So planning and executing is optimized.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature, of course! And the detailed version of all the analytics from posts and ads. The structure is nice and I like that i can download a pdf of the report.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cover photo issue. Every time I post a reel, I have to then download a different cover reel image i made through Canva and post it manually. I've tried to schedule the cover photo with the reel but it tends to zoom the photo in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That, for starters, this is minor but for our Facebook account, it says published by Hootsuite and not by my personal name, which is a nice, important detail. It's great for when I create all the content I need to for the month and then I can schedule it all at once if I need to. The analytic feature shows me how we're growing and what works and doesn't and does it in a way for me or my boss to understand. Overall everything is pretty simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts in advance, which helps us stay consistent and organized across platforms. The interface is user-friendly, and it saves us so much time every week. Highly recommend for any team looking to streamline their social media efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's pricing has steadily gone up over time, and some features that used to be included in lower-tier plans now require higher-tier subscriptions.

Posting in one location is what is beneficial for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy /intuitive to use and seems to be constantly trying to develop new tools to help users save time on their projects and become more productive for the business(es) overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like a slightly heavy app that has some features I would never imagine using. Sometimes I return to an open tab and begin my work creating a new post, only to later discover that I was in fact no longer logged in and now it's asking me to do so while it wipes out all the progress i made on that draft.

there should be an autosave feature for suddenly-disconnected or timedout sessions in open / stale tabs. Or run a check that user is still logged in /the session is still active before allowing me to create a draft which you aren't intending to autosave for me. Duplicating time defeats the purpose behind "saving time" with the app.

as an early adopter of the software, it would have been a nice gesture to offer grandfathering in on the original price. the only reason our company uses this app is that i recommended it as competitively priced. That boost in cost while i used all the regular features as before rubbed me the wrong way a bit. is what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-posts using the same draft and being able to schedule each one individually or as a group saves me time duplicating tasks for work.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a huge time-saver for me! Instead of posting on each platform individually, I can schedule everything in one place quickly and easily. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it simple to manage multiple social accounts. Plus, the reporting features are fantastic — I can easily pull detailed reports to track performance and optimize my strategy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their social media management!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is very helpful, I’ve experienced quite a few glitches, especially with accounts disconnecting unexpectedly. It can be frustrating to have to reconnect or troubleshoot frequently. Also, I wish there were more frequent updates or new features throughout the year to keep the platform evolving and improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts by allowing me to schedule posts all in one place instead of posting individually on each platform. This saves me a huge amount of time and helps keep my social media consistent and organized. Additionally, the reporting features help me track engagement and performance easily, so I can make better decisions to improve my social strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
As a one-person marketing team, where my background is actually in Graphic Design, Hootsuite has been the perfect platform for someone adjusting to different roles in a field they're not quite used to, in short: I've been able to pick it up fairly easily! Social media management has never been more concise and simple, as I'm able to read the overall analytics of my company's social media accounts easily and understand trends and the direction we're heading in. I use it literally every day as a planning tool and utilize their AI tools to brainstorm new content topics for future posts. I also like the little markers on the calendar of niche holidays like National Bubble Tea Day! If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have gotten a cute little pin at my local bubble tea shop that day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Hootsuite. As someone whose experience is not in the marketing/social media circle, I unfortunately do not know how to use some of the tools available. That's more on me to learn them, along with utilizing the full extent of the analytic tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving my company's social media management overall as I am a one person team and need all the help I can get! It's incredibly helpful that I can plan posts far out, which keeps me on track say if I'm going to be out of the office for vacation or if I want to stay ahead of the game to make my other tasks easier. The AI function also helps with brainstorming new content topics within my company's industry as I'm new to the company and learning what benefits those within the industry and following our social pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the content scheduling feature on Hootsuite. It is very easy to learn and very user friendly to use on a day-to-day basis. I really love that it allows me to move around posts by just dragging the posts. It was very easy to integrate into my routine because it suggests times to post, based on my account's previous activity. I use it every day and will continue to use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking analytics is a little more difficult in Hootsuite. I wish they would email me daily/weekly updates with some suggestions on how to better handle my social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content ahead of time; it is very easy to schedule content months in advance.
