Easily combined all of my social efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is VERY easy to schedule lots of posts, status updates and tweets for my social media campaign. Allows me and my team to schedule future articles and Social Media pushes, as well as make sure I keep my followers engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get a tweet that doesn't go through and the explanation is very good enough to help me make sure it doesn't happen again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me save time in my social media campaign

Setup one time a week where you or someone from your team updates your social media posts or else you'll forget and your stuff won't stay fresh.
Easy Insight to Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I love quickly being able to see all our company's social media at once. Scheduling is simple and allows me to spend just part of one day each week making posts. It's essential if you don't have social media hub already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to do several variations of a post at once at different times instead of having to start posts from scratch. Analytics could also be more robust. It's hard to easily track how you're doing across all your platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped up easily keep up posts without spending too much time, and it has helped us respond to customers faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the price, it's hard to beat. Other products might look a bit better or have more special features, but Hootsuite is all you need to actually get the job done.

Not a fan of the layout. Wish it was a little more visually appealing.

Of all the different social monitoring software out there, this is the best one we've found that works for our business and it's budget.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Hootsuite! I've used it to manage social media for corporations and for non-profit. It's centralized hub for content with easy-to-use scheduling of posts makes it a marketer's dream. It's a great way to save time and blast your message to multiple social portals with a quick click of the button. The analytics tools are really helpful, too. As they allow marketers to have key insights into when their posts will best perform and the types of message that most resonate with their audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is very little to not like about this tool. It's user friendly and fun. My only criticism has been it's limited integration with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo.

Social media management; content distribution; social data analytics; social listening

This is one of the few platforms where it's easy to use all the features. So don't miss out! Implement, leverage and use all of them.
Hootsuite saves me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hootsuite saves me time from switching between pages or apps. I can consolidate my amount of work and also set aside an hour or so to lay out almost all of my scheduled or anticipated social media posts.
I often find that the abilities to tag other pages and users is better through hootsuite than the facebook app and Facebook pages app.

The cost of pro keeps increasing and they nickel and dime for other expenses like shortened URLs or analytic reports

Scheduling. This helps me stay on top of my social media and saves me time.

The ability to layout all of our social media channels in one spot and make sense of it all.

I think there is room for improvement in terms of layout.

Social Media is a big part of our marketing, and so we needed something to bring it all together and allow us to do what we need to do on a day to day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the definitive answer to multiple social page management. The listening and publishing tools allow me to schedule relevant content, understand what the client base is looking for, and maintain a strong brand presence in my industry. I always recommend this service to colleagues, and continue to absorb their original content. Great job Hootsuite!

I find the scheduling interface to be a challenge for new social media schedulers, and would suggest more intuitive scheduling systems.

This solves a major problem for sending forth multiple messaging systems.

Hootsuite Beginner - Loving the Academy
What do you like best about the product?
The tutorials are set up in bite size packets with video demonstration, short reads, and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't integrate fully with all of my companies social platforms, Vimeo, Instagram, to name a couple
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several social channels to manage and only one person devoting any time to manage and engage these channels. Hootsuite allows for a quick calendar view of the platforms managed and messages that are posting. there are some deeper level search tools and recommended content feeds that I have seen in the tutorials but not yet implemented.
