Hootsuite helps to manage multiple social media platforms with analytics reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite's scheduling feature but analytics report dashboard is my most favorite and time saver. Even I use their listening board to interact with my customers on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to use Buffer's Chrome extension to quick schedule, but Hootsuite doesn't have their Chrome extension. I wish they had one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use direct sites of social media like facebook.com, twitter.com etc. but that was time consuming and security risk involved. So I tried multiple platforms like buffer, zoho social, but they didn't meet my requirement like some have good scheduling feature but lack of good analytics report. So after my friend's recommendation and some research I switched to Hootsuite. I use their listening and reporting feature deeply. I'm very satisfied with platform.

Great Social Media Schedulining Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using this product for about 6 months to schedule social media content for various platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram. The product and interface are intuitive and easy to use, the images and videos are easy to upload, and I can schedule posts in advance. I love that I can also collaborate, tag and add comments in advance on Instagram. I love the features, and if there is an issue, I've also easily contacted Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues are that you cannot tag names on LinkedIn, so I have to do this manually every day, and you cannot always upload videos and images together on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can schedule social media posts in advance, and sometimes in the past, there was an issue uploading large videos directly onto LinkedIn, so this solves this easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is simple, practical, and intuitive. For a small team like ours, it’s easy to schedule, monitor, and manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. We especially appreciate the clean interface, the ability to preview posts before publishing, and how time-saving it is for managing recurring content across platforms. The analytics tools are also useful for tracking engagement and reach, and the mobile app helps us stay active even when we’re deep in the field, far from a computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is solid, it has some frustrating limitations:

You can’t tag people or organizations in Instagram posts (a major issue for outreach).

On Twitter/X, you can only schedule content for one account at a time.

There’s no true TikTok integration, just reminders to post manually.

Adding multiple users is costly, even for non-profits, and cross-team collaboration can be unnecessarily complex.

The Inbox tool is only available on higher-tier plans, which excludes many small teams.

Finally, pricing remains quite high for small NGOs, despite the helpful non-profit discount.

Overall:
Hootsuite is a powerful tool, especially for those managing several platforms. But for small non-profits, it’s not always as flexible or accessible as we’d like. Still, we appreciate the effort Hootsuite makes to support organizations like ours, and we’re grateful for the non-profit program. A few key improvements would make this tool close to perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple accounts across different locations and time zones. It allows us to plan and schedule content in advance, which is vital for our decentralized team of only two people handling communications. Thanks to Hootsuite, we can raise awareness, share urgent updates, and show transparency in real-time—without needing to be online 24/7.

This not only saves us valuable time, but also amplifies our impact by helping us engage with supporters, donors, and partner organizations more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the calendar very useful for viewing the weekly content schedued very handy. The analytics is incredible and helps me to have an understanding over our social media channels and their performance. The ease of implementation made this a great product to hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of our social media channels will randomly disconnect and I will have to add them in. The competitor analysis could be better by allowing you to have more competitors allocated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to schedule content across multiple platforms. This saves time and resources which helps us publish our content faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I post to LinkedIn twice a day; I post to Twitter 4 times per day...I can achieve that without being in front of my computer or thinking about it throughout my day because I schedule my posts ahead of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn only allows business pages to be identified through Hootsuite - you can't identify individuals within posts created on Hootsuite. Similarly, I can't get LinkedIn analytics from Hootsuite, only Twitter analytics...I'm more interested in my LinkedIn analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to think about social media during my workday - I like to stay focused on my work. With Hootsuite, I can schedule my LinkedIn and Twitter postings ahead of time, and not think about it during the day. i fully believe in the power of social media, and I get great benefit from promoting my personal brand, but I don't want to think about it during the day.

Life changing for Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
Just about every tool and measurement of success needed to manage and maintain our social media content is accessible through Hootsuite. I love that you can integrate just about any social media channel with ease. Scheduling is probably the tool I use most frequent. And it makes implementing your social media plans a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Hootsuite is that I would love it if we could keep track of our email and podcast success metrics. Other than that I love Hootsuite and how easy ans stress free it is to navigate through the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts and not have to worry about timing or forgetting to post. Hootsuite suggests appropriate timing, it can post on all social media channels at once, it even has a hashtag suggestion feature which is incredible. It cuts the time we usually spend planning, implementing and executing in half.

What do you like best about the product?
I think, in all, it is a serviceable platform for posting on social media and automating such actions. I do like the comprehensive analytic measurement system, particularly brand awareness metrics and reports that make it easy to disseminate to clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, particularly during our most recent 3 year contract, the customer service has really fallen short. The fact is, there were features we were promised when we signed our 3 year agreement that never came to fruition and never really operated as intended. Promises were made by the customer service department that they could not keep and never happened, and, for what we are paying for the software, that is simply unacceptable to us. We also had a lot of trouble not only with accounts disconnecting at random intervals, but getting a straight answer when requesting assistance with such problems. Accounts would also be manually reconnected by us as requested, but it would take overnight for the system to recognize the reconnection making it impossible to utilize the platform to actually disseminate content for the client leading to missed posts and opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem of managing multiple social media accounts for a number of clients in one place. We were hopeful when we signed our contract that bulk posting and bulk creation would be more up to speed than they ended up being, and that AI writing would have progressed much further with the advancements in Gemini and ChatGPT, but we have found that not to be the case despite promises to the contrary.
