Streamlined my social media scheduling and improved team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts incredibly easy. The dashboard is user-friendly, and the post-scheduling feature saves me a lot of time each week. I particularly appreciate the ability to monitor engagement across platforms in one place, and the analytics tools give useful insights for refining strategy. It's also great for team collaboration—assigning tasks and managing approvals is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or freelancers. Some features, like in-depth analytics and bulk scheduling, are locked behind higher-tier plans, which feels restrictive. I’ve also encountered occasional delays in posting, particularly with Instagram. More native integration with newer platforms like TikTok would also be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps streamline the process of managing multiple social media platforms, saving us significant time and reducing the risk of missed posts or inconsistent messaging. It's also helping us stay on top of audience engagement by bringing all messages and mentions into one inbox. This has improved our response time and overall customer satisfaction. The analytics tools allow us to track what’s working and adjust strategy accordingly, which is essential for our marketing efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not too familiar with the reporting yet so that is a slight learning curve

Being able to publish to all social platforms at once.
Hootsuite has simplified my life in more ways than one
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for planning social media content, integrating your content on various platforms. It's extrememly user friendly. I recently was able to set up ad dollars seamlessly to promote our content. Their analytics are great as well. I would definitely reccomend this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish Hootsuite would allow me to do is add music to my carousels. Currently I'm unable to.

Time constraints.

I enjoy then ease of use and the amount of time & money it saves each week. Lot's of great features in order to maximize your bandwidth.

pricing seems a bit high comparable to competitors

Sometimes posts do not sync, throwing off schedules and making some things go haywire.

Polished UI and Time-Saving Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite for its polished and professional interface, which stands out compared to other vendors' more gimmicky designs. It's incredibly easy to set up and user-friendly, helping me save significant time on social media management, allowing posting across multiple platforms with a few clicks. The calendar feature simplifies scheduling, and the analytics are excellent for tracking social media impact, enabling data-driven improvements. The AI assistance is also quite useful for enhancing descriptions across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it particularly difficult to post YouTube Shorts through Hootsuite. I don't know if I'm just missing some feature or if I'm utilizing the product wrong, but I have been unable to post our sermon shorts directly to YouTube. So, we post it to all of our different social media channels, but have to manually go to YouTube and set up the same posts. Additionally, while I think Hootsuite is a great tool, it is a more expensive product, which might not be affordable for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me significant time by streamlining social media posting across platforms, and helps me track analytics effectively. It simplifies content scheduling, allowing me to focus on other vital tasks while providing insights to improve our social media strategy.
Over priced - clunky - works poorly with youtube - limited metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I can group all available metrics in one document.
What do you dislike about the product?
the available metrics are no where near the native metrics of each and every app. Youtube specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its good for scheduling very basic style posts and grouping the available metrics. it speeds up the process a little bit but do to it lacking the metrics i need, being unable to schedule for youtube, the extremely high cost for basic features, and being unable to post the varying styles of posts for each platform is frustrating to say the least.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite offers recommended posting times based off of my past postings that performed well. I work in the higher education space, so targeting young adult students at the right time is crucial due to many of them having busy scedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the preview feature sometimes cuts the photos out. It makes me scared to schedule the post via Hootsuite when the preview image is cut off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a busy schedule on the daily. Knowing that my posts will be scheduled on time provides me with ease.
