What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy they make it to post across all platforms. And they even provide suggestions on times to post and hashtags!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I upload an image its not optimal for all social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hashtags! And times to post! As we post daily and its super helpful to know when the best time to post is!

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is especially creating teams with access to certain channels. The high level reporting and competitors analysis is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can select Reels as an option it is just a regular post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple users that require access to many social channels that all have different access level and Hootesuite has solved a lot of efficiency issues for us.

Great Social Media Management Tool for Small Team!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use. Being able to see all the posts from the different platforms all at once in the calendar is just so helpful. Everything is so user-friendly, and the dashboard is great for showing high-level analytics. I also appreciate the webinars because it helps me make better decisions! Also super easy to get into when I first started in the social media world and implemented it throughout my team. Integrating with platforms is easy and I use this every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I've really had is sometimes it can't find people's/organizations tags consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely makes it easier to schedule and plan all my content in the same software without having to go back and forth between the various platforms. And uploading/selecting which images I want to use is easier too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it simplifies managing multiple social media accounts in one place and provides insightful analytics to track performance effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Hootsuite's interface a bit clunky at times, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite our marketing team efficiently manage multiple social media accounts from one centralized dashboard, saving time and reducing the complexity of juggling multiple platforms. It also provides analytics and scheduling tools that improve content strategy and audience engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is, without a doubt, the best social media scheduling tool I've used, and I've tried a lot. I love the ease of use with scheduling, and that it's simple to see updated stats on how my content is performing. I post across several channels multiple times a day, and it keeps my content organized and on-trend with AI-generated captions and hashtags when I'm out of words. 10 stars! All the stars!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to visually see my posts when in calendar view. An option that allowed me to rearrange posts visually (or even just see what's scheduled for which day without clicking) would be super helpful, but it's not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I post across multiple channels every day, and there's nothing I dislike more than clicking back and forth across tabs. It automates my workflow, so I can get more done in less time. Social media is just a facet of my job, so being able to automate this part helps me excel at other things too. Keeps me efficient!

Such a great platform for managing multiple social media accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to manage 14+ social media accounts with ease. We post something essentially daily and with their scheduling calendar, we can ensure that there is no overlap in what the team is putting out. I really like that there is an option to schedule the same post across multiple accounts and that you can change the graphics/caption for each social engine. This comes in very handy as Facebook uses a link in the caption, whereas for Instagram, you have to direct them elsewhere. In addition to this, the different tools that Hootsuite provides are important for marketers to be able to look at the performance of posts, pages and more. The social listening aspect is also super nice. Unrelated to the Hootsuite subscription, there are SOO many great articles that the Hootsuite team puts out, along with training videos & courses, so that marketers can be as relevant as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no option to batch schedule. This would be great, specifically with the Instagram Stories and many times we are putting the same story out a few times during the promotion. We are currently duplicating and rescheduling but it would be nice to just pick all the dates/times you want the posts to go out at once. Another thing that I would like to see is scheduling an Instagram story with interactive elements, like the ones that you would find within that app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us with a platform to manage over 14 social media accounts during our busy days. Social media is only a small portion of what we manage, so Hootsuite makes this easy.

An Incredible Calendar system for planning your social media ahead of time

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly system, easy to use and wide range of reporting. I have had an amazing time now, using this planner for the last 6 months and I do plan to use it for the rest of my time as a marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the feature that would work on a social media app would work on Hootsuite. As an example on IG we can add polls but this system is not yet added on Hootsuite. It sometimes make it harder for me, cause I have to go back and forth between IG and Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use. I can plan for all my social media ahead of time and there is no need to switch between apps. Saved me a lot of time recently.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers so many features in one place. I use Hootsuite literally every day, and it is a huge time saver. I don't know what it was like to plan content for businesses before Hootsuite, but I love not having to worry about manually posting to each account.

The built- in analytics component is amazing and comprehensive. I especially love the new social score.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of Hootsuite is the inability to edit story form content on the interface. It requires using a separate software and can be frustrating.

I also become frustrated when I am typing in the 'your post' section when drafting copy, and it doesn't change it across the platforms. Sometimes it does, other times it doesn't. Other than that, I find it to be incredibly useful, easy to learn, and simple to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track KPIs on our organic social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a reliable and easy to implement tool for managing social media at scale, and it’s played a valuable role in supporting our campaigns across multiple countries. While there are some limitations—especially in cost and platform-specific features—it remains one of the most used tools for social media managers needing structured scheduling, performance insights, and collaboration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While scheduling Instagram posts is possible, some features like tagging collaborators or setting reminders for Stories aren’t always smooth or intuitive. For a campaign-heavy organization like ours, those little inefficiencies add up. The media library in Hootsuite is quite basic. For an organization that relies heavily on visual storytelling, we find it lacks the functionality of tools like Canva or Adobe Express integrations. Better asset tagging, folders, and image previews can help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite’s unified dashboard has been a real time-saver. It allows us to manage all our major platforms—Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn—from one place. For a small communications team, this centralization reduces workload and makes content planning more seamless. We can see our entire month’s content at a glance, and rearranging posts based on changes or last-minute priorities is easy. The analytics dashboard is helpful, especially for generating quick performance overviews on engagement, reach, and audience growth. We use it to report progress on KPIs like post engagement rate and reach/impressions from social platforms. We appreciate the Inbox feature for monitoring brand mentions and keywords related to eye health or vision loss. This helps us stay responsive and tap into trending conversations when relevant. OwlyGPT is quickly becoming our secret sauce.
