Detailed Reporting but Clunky Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting system in Hootsuite a lot. It's very detailed and accurate, which is crucial for keeping track of social media metrics effectively. Having access to such precise data makes it easier for me to analyze our performance and strategize accordingly. I also appreciate how straightforward the initial setup was. By simply connecting our social media accounts, the data uploads quickly, which streamlines the process and saves time. This efficiency is especially beneficial for our social media management activities, allowing us to focus more on analytics and social monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the lack of a tagging feature in our current team version of Hootsuite. This limitation hampers our ability to efficiently organize and manage content. Additionally, the interface can feel quite clunky at times, making navigation and usability less smooth and intuitive than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for social media management, reporting on metrics, and occasional scheduling, which helps streamline my social media activities with detailed reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
we air multiple shows on our channel and to post ads we use multiple mediums and hootsuite is one that serves our needs. It provides the analytics and overview
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the drafts made goes missing and the social accounts gets disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature of reports is more helpful. It also provides insights on data and performance
It has been a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see everything that's going on from a birds-eye view. I have many clients and it would be impossible to keep track of it all without Hootsuite. I also LOVE that I can schedule posts. I also love the live chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am scheduling to many platforms at once it's not obvious that the photos didn't attach to every platform when I hit publish or schedule so there are times that photos aren't posted. Also sometimes when I use emojis it comes out as a diamond with a ? in the middle of it on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have so many clients and keeping track of it all was really hard, but Hootsuite flipped that around. Also, I love that I can boost or sponsor posts right through Hootsuite. It would have been so complicated to do that user by user. Lastly, I love that I can schedule and post stories directly through the app.
Set it and forget it!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super easy and intuitive to use. It is excellent to set and forget so I don't have to think about posting on social!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connections to socials break - but they always email you and notify when this happens so it is easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped me so I don't have to go and post on individual social accounts. Now, I have them all in one place and can easily post.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Communications Manager juggling multiple programs, teams, and campaigns, I love how Hootsuite simplifies everything. It allows me to schedule content across all our platforms in one place, saving time and ensuring consistency in our messaging. The calendar view makes it easy to spot gaps or overlaps, and the ability to preview posts before they go live gives me confidence that everything looks just right. It’s intuitive, reliable, and a huge help in keeping our communications organized and strategic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. Hootsuite has been incredibly reliable and user-friendly. If I had to choose something, I’d say there’s a bit of a learning curve when first getting started—but once you’re familiar with the platform, it quickly becomes an indispensable part of your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently and consistently. Before using it, scheduling posts across platforms felt disjointed and time-consuming. Now, I can plan content in advance, maintain a cohesive voice across channels, and easily collaborate with colleagues when needed. It’s improved our workflow, increased engagement by allowing for more consistent posting, and freed up time for strategy and creative development.
A Comprehensive, Proactive Platform to Master and Manage Social Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease with which I can schedule content across multiple accounts. The drag and drop media facility is very practical and useful, with the owly url shortcakes being a great way to shorten long web links in your messages, thereby making them more practical for your intended recipients. The OwlyGPT facility is fantastic with inspiration and detail regarding industry trends, and being able to bulk upload messages with timings etc is a real plus. The training that Hootsuite provides is very practical, making it really easy to integrate in my own workflows, as well as get to grips with partner platforms like LinkedIn and their ads facility. It's something I'm using all the time with my business, and the native phone app makes a great difference when I need to post something out on the road somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes within Hootsuite can be a little unintuitive - sometimes I wish it would appear simpler to achieve something that I envision (for example, rescheduling previously posted content doesn't seem to be straightforward from the dashboard), but I'm aware that's probably just user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite enables me to schedule and monitor content across multiple platforms, saving me time for other elements in my business. Hootsuite helps to elevate and optimise my content delivery, ensuring that the people I want to see it, ultimately have the best chance to see it.
Hootsuite makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to plan out my posts to different platforms in advance. The time suggestions help with reach and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Hootsuite is the ability to post to 'stories' both to Instagram and Facebook.

It solves the problem of streamlining all posting without having to bounce between websites. It helps to suggest timing our posts for maximum reach and engagment.

Makes planning Social Media a BREEZE
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes posting a breeze. I love the fact that you are able to post to multiple platforms at the same time. Scheduling posts ahead of time helps to save time. The calendar aspect has been incredibly handy in keeping track of all our posts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could delete posts that have already been posted from hootsuite.
