Hootsuite tops competition, but struggles with complacency.
What do you like best about the product?
So far, it's the best platform available. In comparison to other tools, Hootsuite does take the cake, but it does seem as though they ignore bettering the right things because of this and get complacent with advancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an overall count by platform and by total amount of comments for all platforms not just a >1000, and that metrics were a little easier to track. It seems as though my time on the platform there has been a fair share of bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to respond to customers across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very good software for social media collaboration, we can schedule our posts for facebook and instagram

It helps me to social media content also schedule a bulk amount post at a time which is again an excellent feature and also we can assign the task among team mates through hootsuite.

The best i liked was all my social media analytics in one tab , the application is also user friendly,

As a developer I founded that sometimes the application is not easy to navigate between multiple sections and sometimes pages show empty data.

It build detailed reports to share and my audience growth and boost , it helps in engagement and grow my network in effiecient manner,

Hootsuite Social posts
What do you like best about the product?
I have a very basic use for Hootsuite. I pre plan in some social posts and I use the calendar to schedule events and other notable events that is useful to the companies marketing. I have yet to contact customer support but that is because Hootsuite just works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across any functionalities or parts of Hootsuite which I dislike.

It allows me to bulk upload all posts to all my different channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can send out multiple posts at once. However, as of late I've been making more of an independent route for research for each post.
Another awesome thing is if you're invited by an organization you see all the posts you can select and share and add even more value to the existing posts. It's a great way to keep marketers, the organization, and people who follow the organization up to date on everything.

Better Visual Features for Videos:
I believe a better video editor aspect of existing organizations posts may be beneficial. I know not every marketer is a video editor. However, I come across portions of posts where I want to add a video to the existing information. When you do upload video it just shows the image of the first frame of what ever video you uploaded.

Keeping up with what my organization is doing, implementing quick posts, and adding even more value to already existing posts.
A holistic overview perfect for posting, planing and social listening
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different boards and streams that you can create to see so many things all in one place and stay up to date not only with all the social accounts we manage, but monitoring certain hashtags etc that we want to keep track of. I also love the reports that we can generate very easily by selecting which data points we want included and clicking a few buttons. This makes our life a lot easier. We use Hootsuite every day to manage social accounts across all the schools and programs within our faculty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are limitations such as not being able to tag profiles on LinkedIn, and there are times when connecting a social account is extremely difficult and hard to figure out why it won't work. This impacts its ease of implementation and makes it difficult to use in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage multiple social accounts, plan and schedule posts, and conduct social media listening to monitor certain hashtags related to our programs and subject areas. We are a faculty with many schools/programs working in a decentralized way, and Hootsuite helps us to be more coordinated and collaborate better.

Efficient for scheduling, but mobile has limits
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule, preview, and manage posts across multiple social platforms from one place. The ability to organize campaigns and drafts by team is a major plus for collaboration. The desktop dashboard is clean and allows for efficient content planning and visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app has limitations, especially when viewing or editing multi-network drafts. Copy doesn’t always display properly, which makes it hard to work on the go. Some syncing delays between desktop and mobile can cause confusion for teams working across devices.
