What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an excellent tool for managing our social media on a daily basis. It is practical, intuitive, and allows us to centralize our posts while tracking their performance. It meets our needs very well and greatly facilitates our organization. We are satisfied with its use and recommend it without hesitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problem using it, everything is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more than 30 accounts to manage, and we were with one of Hootsuite's competitors. The pricing offer and the product's capability suit us very well.
Useful for scheduling regular social media posts throughout multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Other people can review posts, as they are scheduled this gives time to post. Multiple people able to access multiple social media accounts, allowing for easy posting when you're in a team and some people are away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram cropping makes it hard to make posts look nice, as well as no opportunity to post music on it

Multiple people accessing social media accounts, and able to post whilst I'm holiday
Great tool that saved me hours of social media hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Love how I can juggle all our social accounts from one place! Been using it to manage our company's Instagram and Meta, and it's honestly been a lifesaver. The scheduling feature is super handy - I can knock out a week's worth of posts in one sitting instead of scrambling every day. The analytics are pretty solid too - really helped me figure out when our pet parent audience is most active and what content they're actually into.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tag made me wince a bit. Also, there are days when it gets a bit glitchy, especially when I'm trying to upload multiple images or switch between accounts - super annoying when you're on a deadline!.The interface took me a while to get used to (definitely not as intuitive as they claim), and sometimes the mobile app can be a bit wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved a lot of my day-to-day headaches when it comes to juggling multiple accounts. Made scheduling posts way more efficient. Before, I was manually posting everything. Now, I can do it all in one place and schedule ahead of time. It also cuts down the guesswork by giving me clear analytics on what’s working and what’s not, so I can focus on creating content that actually connects with our audience.
Hootsuite Review: Easy to use and saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and makes posting multiple social posts in advance. Visualizing the drafts and calendar are also major pluses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to edit posts (primarily LinkedIn posts) within the tool itself. Meaning I need to go to an external tool like taplio, edit my post and paste it into Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is a major constraint that Hootsuite has helped with. Easy to view everything in one spot and easy to manage posts from all connected profiles.

Can't think of anything. All good with the functions I use.

All the analytics in one place. Also being able to go back and edit posts.
Reviewing positive Hootsuite experience
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple social media profiles and multiple platforms all on one screen is great. I get responses to all my channels in one feed. It's really intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more functionality, with the same type of features we see on the native apps. The app experience isn't all that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage like eight pages right now and it's really helpful to have everything all together in one place. And to receive all responses in one place. It's great!

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, streamlines my workflow so I can see where everything is. Easy to use features and approvals

Lag time occasionally and outages, which happen with every platform

I love that I can schedule multiple posts across multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tagging on LinkedIn does not function right in Hootsuite.

Hootsuite allows me to be more efficient when posting the week's social media posts. It also allows me to easily look back at what I posted in the past and duplicate that post if need be. It also gives me the best times to post making our engagement increase.

One downside of Hootsuite is its pricing, especially for smaller businesses or individuals. Some of the more advanced features, like detailed analytics or access to additional team members, are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be costly. Additionally, the user interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to its wide array of options and features, which may take time to get used to. Lastly, while Hootsuite offers a lot of scheduling and monitoring tools, its social listening capabilities could be more advanced compared to other platforms that specialize in this area.

Hootsuite makes reporting a dream
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a PR professional, so I use Hootsuite primarily for social listening and brand reporting. Firstly, let's talk about the customer support team. They're dynamite. Anything we need, they find a way for us to get it. Secondly, the visuals. Any platform can provide a data spreadsheet -- but can you make it NICE to read? And the reports are so customizable, I can really get exactly what I need and leave the rest out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search queries are difficult to set up on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customizable reports and visual representations are the stars of the show -- with Hootsuite, I can demonstrate to my ELT exactly how PR efforts are boosting visibility, impact and awareness for our brand.
