What I like best about Hootsuite is how it lets you manage, schedule, and analyze all your social media accounts in one place, it saves time and keeps everything organized.

What I dislike about Hootsuite is that some of its best features, like advanced analytics and team collaboration tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for small teams or solo users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of fragmented data and time-consuming manual tracking. It brings all platforms into one dashboard, so I can schedule content, monitor engagement, and generate performance reports quickly. This helps me save time, stay organized, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our social strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps manage my content on social media specifically Instagram. I can easily make calendar and schedule my content and posts. It is easy to navigate around the tool so that is why I like using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit price too high for a small digital marketing analyst like me.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Hootsuite is its cross-platform posting capability, which allows me to post on several brand accounts from one place. I don't have to go through the hassle of logging into different platforms individually. I also love the unified inbox because it makes managing customer interactions incredibly simple by bringing together direct messages from all connected platforms in one place. Every day, I rely on Hootsuite for analytics, and the insights it offers make it simple for me to make decisions based on data. Bitly's integration is also smooth, so I can track and shorten links without ever leaving the platform. Whenever I've had questions, their customer service has been really helpful and quick to respond. Additionally, if there are any mistakes, posts can be edited directly on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox feature's performance, particularly on Instagram, is one issue I've found with Hootsuite. When it comes to carrying out tasks like marking a chat as resolved or pending, it frequently moves very slowly. Occasionally, even the delivery of messages can be delayed. When handling time-sensitive conversations, this has an impact on overall efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite genuinely saves me time by removing the hassle of cross-posting no more hopping between platforms to publish a single post. It also gives me comprehensive insights that enhance my capacity to organize content for the future. I especially appreciate how it suggests the best times to publish and even offers an AI writer to assist me in creating better captions.

Insight Analytics and Inbox 2.0 are such great features to manage Public and Private messages

None for now but i believe hootsuite has been proactive to ensuring regular update to align the platform with users expectations

What I like best about Hootsuite is how much time it saves our small marketing team. We wear a lot of hats, and being able to schedule content across all our platforms in one place is a game changer. I love the calendar view, it helps me stay organized and see the bigger picture. Plus, the reporting tools make it easy to understand what’s working so we can keep improving without wasting time digging through each platform. For a small team like ours, Hootsuite really feels like an extra set of hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite is that some of the more advanced features I’d love to use, like deeper analytics and better team collaboration tools, are only available on the higher-tier plans, which can be hard to justify on a nonprofit budget. I also find the interface a bit clunky at times; it works, but it’s not always as intuitive as I’d like when I’m trying to move quickly and wear multiple hats.

Hootsuite is solving the problem of time and resource constraints. As a one-person marketing team at a nonprofit, I don’t have the capacity to be live on every platform every day. Hootsuite allows me to plan, schedule, and manage content across all our social channels in one place, which saves hours each week. It also helps me stay consistent with messaging, track engagement, and quickly adjust strategy based on what’s working - all of which leads to better outreach, stronger community engagement, and ultimately more support for our mission.

Ability to schedule content 1 year+ in the future has been extremely helpful for reoccurring event/holidays.

The inability to add live stickers to schedule Instagram stories

Saves Time and Boosts Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects of Hootsuite, is its powerful timesaving capabilities for social media management. With it's post scheduling, you can be out and see your posts appear on your social media timeline from what you scheduled the day before
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits count in generating ai descriptions, I feel it should be unlimited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on every social media page, with a click of a button in scheduling rather then logging in and manually have to post on social media
Great for scheduling general posts but needs more capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in Hootsuite almost daily for work and I like that you can schedule posts, see recommended post times for any day of the week. I also like the calendar view that you can see where you have posts scheduled and where your openings are. Also drafting posts are easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to schedule polls within the platform as this is a capability for Facebook and LinkedIn but I have to go to the individual pages to schedule those, which also does not put anything on the calendar in Hootsuite to show where you have things scheduled. It's also difficult to view scheduled posts directly in the platform so this would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule posts across all social channels for the company from a single website. It's all about efficiency these days.
