Strong social media manager and big time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Whats most helpful about Hootsuite is that it has really helped me save a lot of time. Particularly the time lost when you have to manually post to each social media account. With hootsuite you can do it in one batch which is amazing. It's inbox feature is also great as I can monitor all messages and whatnot from one place too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i feel like the posting / editing can feel a little clunky or outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hoostsuite is saving me so much time in terms of planning and managing our social media accounts and that entire process.

Hootsuite is a hoot!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is such an easy system to navigate and use! It was really easy to set up from an admin perspective and they have a lot of helpful resources, including videos. We have a wonderful CSM, and they have been helpful and patient with us as this is a newer system for our team. Since we are doing more media-focused activities, we plan to use the system almost daily with multiple social media channels. The enterprise plan has all of the features we need and more! We plan to get a few of our other tech platforms integrated, but I trust it will be a fairly easy process given our experience thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing as it relates to the system's features. It is a little on the pricier side but it suits our needs at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Hootsuite, we did not have any system to manage or track our social media. We did a lot of these things manually and through Google sheets and docs. Hootsuite will help us see the data and analytics faster and help us organize all of our social media platforms better. We are excited to get more organized with our social media to make even more of an impact!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy connect with a los of social media platforms. The easy integration and the costumer support is very fast. I use Hootsuite a lot to analyze the metrics on my social media platforms. The best, es very easy to implement in my agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a Dark Mode UI Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem to analyze my metrics in one platform. Hootsuite helped me to solve this problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when I see that metrics don't always match up with the platform's in app social media analytics. For example, I've found that reels from Facebook won't have an accurate number of reach and will differ from those listed in Meta Business Suite.
I don't like having to cross-check between platforms, I want to be able to fully trust that Hootsuite is an accurate and reliable source.

Hootsuite saves me time when it comes to reporting on my social media metrics. Having access to all of my platform's analytics in one place is great.

However, account unlinking can be frustrating and disruptive, especially when it happens unexpectedly. Currently, there are also some issues with managing TikTok accounts, which can hinder overall workflow.

Seamless and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite lets me properly keep track of all our posts, and makes posting easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to sign in through phone when logged into a org account.

Helping us as a team stay on track of posts and analytics, and helps us know what our customers want to see.
We use Hootsuite for posting social media and monitoring our social media inboxes.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can change the view to monthly or weekly. I also really like that it has AI built in. I use it daily to keep track of my analytics and inboxes. It was extremely easy to set up and is very user-friendly. Very easy to integrate into my daily routine and add all of my social accounts. I love the flexibility of the reports that can be customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite offered a link in bio that can be customized and is part of the subscription, as well as the ability to leave comments on all platforms. Another thing I dislike is that you can't post Facebook Reels.

It is solving the scheduling of all our social media, which is benefiting my time management.
Amplifying Employee Voices
What do you like best about the product?
My company is primarily utilizing the Amplify program from Hootsuite. Getting set up with Amplify was very simple, and now as an employee getting to share out posts building brand awareness, it's also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, the only downside to using Hootsuite is knowing which tools to use through HubSpot or which to use through Hootsuite.

Hootsuite is helping us to back up our Marketing team ROI with detailed analytics and social listening.
Simple scheduling of social media posts
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar option on Hootsuite makes it easy to plan your social media posts on multiple channels for different organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see integrated tagging for Instagram and X. Also, multiple calendars for different organizations.
