Best social media management
What do you like best about the product?
We are into a non profit organization and creating promotional and awareness advertisement is getting easier with hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great platform so there is nothing to dislike here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our ads with the great feature of AI that enhances the campaigns. We can plan mergers with other non profit orgs by the social media campaigns
Easy enough to use, AI enhancement suggestions could be better
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar is easy to use and even drafts written by other team members can be viewed and modified/scheduled by others. Connecting to your brand's social channels couldn't be easier, however, it does get disconnected every now and then. I've used it on a daily basis since 2018 (with a small break when I switched jobs temporarily and my role didn't include social) so I guess I'm a happy long-term customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics function isn't great, posted but deleted content is still counted in the tracker and social listening comes with an additional cost not everyone can afford. The basic package prices have also increased significantly over the years but I guess it's not too surprising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest after some internal changes now we only use it for scheduling content in advance, all the planning, drafting and execution happens on a different project management platform. It's great to have an overview of what HAS been scheduled though and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
A great way to manage your social media channels
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that I can manage many channels at once with Hootsuite. We have multiple channels across different languages which means we can have many users. I also like the way we can set an approval process allowing us to make sure our content is brand safe before releasign it to our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot I dislike about hootsuite, any issues are usually platform limitations outside of Hootsuites control. I do wish you could have very low cost or free users that can just have visibility of the account rather tan have ot take a paid seat. I know they do these seats but only in packs of 20.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue of managing many channels at once and having a global visibility of our channels and campaigns.
Useful tool for content scheduling, management, and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to store old posts and compare them in analytics is extremely useful - LinkedIn for example only shows you up to one year of old published posts. I also like the ability to tag posts in the moment and retroactively - helpful for reporting purposes. The scheduling feature with approvals is also crucial for our ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exported reports are not very aesthetic looking or customisable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a global team and Hootsuite allows us to better manage and schedule content across different timezones. Its approval feature also aligns with our ways of working and allows us to ensure better traceability and visibility over planned content.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orchestered publishing of corporate posts across all regions, business units and channels, that enables quality check and centralized monitoring as well as evaluation functions.
Hootsuite helped us centralize oour social media strategy
What do you like best about the product?
The central social media calendar helped us organize across today's many different platforms. It also helps clarify what has already been prepared for publication so work is not duplicated. Very easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a small learning period as the team got ramped on the platform, but overall it was not bad!

Hootsuite is helping us solve the problem of having each platform have it's own distinct management tools. Now we have a one-stop shop for our social media needs!
Game-Changer for Our Social Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using Hootsuite at the agency, and it’s already made a huge difference. It’s been especially helpful for scheduling across multiple accounts and keeping our team aligned in one place. The dashboard is super intuitive, and being able to monitor, post, and report from one platform has simplified our workflow big time. Wish we’d made the switch sooner!
What do you dislike about the product?
As helpful as Hootsuite has been for streamlining our social media efforts, there are two main limitations we’ve run into so far. First, the reporting—while convenient—isn’t as customizable or in-depth as we’d like, especially when it comes to client-facing analytics. We often end up exporting data and building our own reports manually to get the insights we need. Second, the ability to schedule Instagram Stories is limited. It requires extra steps or notifications to post manually, which slows us down and isn’t ideal when managing multiple accounts. Still, it’s a solid tool overall, just with a few gaps worth noting.

Hootsuite helps us solve the chaos of managing multiple social accounts and campaigns across different clients. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets, last-minute posts, and scattered approvals. Now, we can schedule everything in one place, collaborate as a team, and get a clear overview of what’s going live and when. It’s reduced errors, saved us hours each week, and brought consistency to our content planning. For a fast-paced agency environment, that kind of structure is a game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?

Some features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams.

Hootsuite Keeps My Socials on Autopilot Without Losing the Human Touch
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Hootsuite to repost company content across LinkedIn. It’s quick, simple, and saves me from logging into multiple platforms.
The scheduler works exactly how I need it to- I can line up posts for the week in just a few minutes and not worry about missing anything. It’s honestly nice having one spot to keep things consistent.

For what I use it for, it works great. That said, the interface can feel a little dated, and sometimes I have to refresh to get things to load correctly.

Makes Media Planning Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to plan our social calendar, target our audiences, and manage social media across all platforms in one central location. It also provides suggested times based off our following of when good times to post to increase audience and engagement. Love this tool! So easy to use and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Stories are hard to post, Instagram specifically, if you want interactive features. They have to be static or videos, not polls or questions, etc. Which is kind of tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance and planning to target audiences at specific times saves me so much time since I can just hop into Hootsuite and do whole months at a time!
