Easy and Clear Certification Program
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of offerings and their certification courses are clearly laid out and very easy to follow. After going through the course only once, I was able to easily and confidently take the certification exam and get certified in Social Media Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult to navigate between the academy portion and the regular use of Hootsuite, and I did struggle with getting to the correct pages from time to time. However, I was able to figure it out and utilize all of the features I was interested in. Also, after taking the Social Media Marketing course, I was somehow linked to the Hootsuite Platform Certification exam, which I had not taken the course for. I was able to pass this exam as well without multiple tries, but I was very confused as the information covered did not match. Once I found the correct exam, though, it became much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have only used Hootsuite's certification program but getting the certification was a requirement for a job I am applying for, and I was able to get it easily and quickly using Hootsuite. Based on the information I learned during the program, though, I think they are making social media marketing and large-scale social media use as a whole much easier and more streamlined, which is a good thing for those who do it for their jobs.
Perfect tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's an all-in-one solution for managing account of all popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn. Additionally it can also be used for managing the performance of these accounts. It can also be used for Google Business Reviews tracking. It is easy to use, integrate and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very inexpensive. The dashboard is not so clean and simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me in managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard. It is a great solution for scheduling and publishing content on Social media accounts at desired time. It has helped me in managing multiple social media accounts of multiple clients at the same time in past.
Ease of Use Negated by Poor Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited users allows for anyone on the team who needs access to be able to access Hootsuite. Implementation is seamless and customer support is typically quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features on Hootsuite are clunky, particularly reporting. Reporting has limited customization both from report look and feel as well as customizing metrics. Often, metrics are inaccurate and Hootsuite has struggled to keep up with the ever-changing Meta metrics. Additionally, Hootsuite does not have a strong linkinbio feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is our main mangement and listening tool
Hootsuite brings a breath of fresh air to running socials for my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite keeps my content organized and my workflow efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot going on, I feel like the dashboard could be streamlined for the eye. But that's probably preference, I'm a minimalist and easily overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me batch my work and get it done ahead of schedule -- and it actually works!

Social Media Scheduling for Busy Real Estate Agents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite lets me schedule open house promotions and new listings across multiple platforms in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the learning curve can be steep for first-time users and that advanced features cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my listings consistent and visible online without taking time away from client meetings and showings

It's easy to use with regards to scheduling posts to social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
More views of metrics, especially graphs on post engagement, followers and etc. Numbers are great but seeing visuals on changes in engagement/followers over a period of time is useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibly seeing a calendar when posts are drafted/scheduled is beneficial to see where we can sneak in additional posts as needed.

We have been using multiple social media analytics using various tools however hootsuite is more satisfying and has multiple options. The AI assist feature is amazing.

We dont have to say anything here. Great tool

Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has made it much easier to stay organized with social media. I love how I can schedule posts across multiple platforms in one place, it saves me hours of jumping between apps. The calendar view is super helpful for getting a bird’s eye view of what’s coming up, and the ability to preview posts before they go live gives me peace of mind. It’s especially useful when I’m managing content for different brands or clients. Everything feels centralized and more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes extra clicks to get where I need to be, especially when editing scheduled posts. Also, some valuable features like advanced analytics and team collaboration tools are only available on more expensive plans. That part can be limiting if you're a freelancer or managing a smaller business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard, which solves the problem of having to log in and post manually on each account. It also keeps my content calendar organized, so I can plan ahead and avoid last-minute scrambling.
