Great for analytics and to reach customers and great for metrics of customer satisfaction

Being able to see customer insights as well as a medium to see how people engage with the posts

no differentiation in the chat for spam messages on social media post or to mark a post as spam

It allows us to best see the methods which drive engagement for the brand as well as the current customer sentiment

Being in the advertisement industry it is always getting easier to make reaches in social media using Hootsuite. The analytics shows the graph of campaigns

Sometimes there are lags in the dashboard. The trail period could be for more days.

Have been using to check the analytics and are planning to get started with this full time

It gives optimal time for posting that saves from a lot of confusion about when to post.

It gives only one time frame of best time to post.

I used to wake up in the night to post on LinkedIn before the schedule feature, but after using Hootsuite I just schedule content for a week. That saves my time and I can engage in the Hootsuite board.
A great platform for all things social and advocacy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the Hootsuite Dashboard, as well as the multitude of apps in their app directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Hootsuite!

Hootsuite helps our team easily schedule posts. We also frequently use the Amplify portion of Hootsuite to promote employee advocacy!

When I edit a posts, it doesn’t automatically translate across all the platforms where it was first scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts across multiple platforms in one place. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, and I can monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track analytics without switching between apps. It saves a lot of time, especially when managing multiple client accounts

The pricing can feel a bit steep for small businesses or solo users, especially as your needs grow

Hootsuite solves the problem of juggling multiple social media accounts by bringing everything into one platform. It saves me time by allowing advance scheduling and makes it easier to maintain a consistent posting schedule. The login process can be a bit complex, and some features are limited unless you have a business account

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Hootsuite streamlines my social work flow, I use it all day, every day. I can easily monitor what our audience is saying about shows, classes, etc., respond to questions, flag messages for other team members, and schedule posts all from the same spot. I also really appreciate being able to pull reports on tagged posts, so I can see what’s working and report on it afterward. The performance scores really help help my team and I tweak our strategy to try to improve our social content.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love about Hootsuite is that it can sometimes take a little while to catch up with updates to social platforms. For example, it took a while before they added the option to tag IG accounts directly on an image. It’s a small thing, but it can be a bit of a delay when trying to stay on top of the latest features. Being able to schedule the first comment on IG is helpful, but that function is not available when scheduling for FB. Bluesky is still MIA, but hopefully they can loop that in soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me streamline my workflow by allowing me to schedule posts, respond to patrons and control our overall social messaging all in one place. It also gives me the ability to pull reports and analytics, which helps me see what people responded to the most. This makes it easier to adjust our social strategy and keep improving for the future.
