Social Media Scheduling for Busy Real Estate Agents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite lets me schedule open house promotions and new listings across multiple platforms in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the learning curve can be steep for first-time users and that advanced features cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my listings consistent and visible online without taking time away from client meetings and showings

It's easy to use with regards to scheduling posts to social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
More views of metrics, especially graphs on post engagement, followers and etc. Numbers are great but seeing visuals on changes in engagement/followers over a period of time is useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibly seeing a calendar when posts are drafted/scheduled is beneficial to see where we can sneak in additional posts as needed.

We have been using multiple social media analytics using various tools however hootsuite is more satisfying and has multiple options. The AI assist feature is amazing.

We dont have to say anything here. Great tool

Easy dashboard to manage and measure all of our social platforms including those of our customers.
Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has made it much easier to stay organized with social media. I love how I can schedule posts across multiple platforms in one place, it saves me hours of jumping between apps. The calendar view is super helpful for getting a bird’s eye view of what’s coming up, and the ability to preview posts before they go live gives me peace of mind. It’s especially useful when I’m managing content for different brands or clients. Everything feels centralized and more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes extra clicks to get where I need to be, especially when editing scheduled posts. Also, some valuable features like advanced analytics and team collaboration tools are only available on more expensive plans. That part can be limiting if you're a freelancer or managing a smaller business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard, which solves the problem of having to log in and post manually on each account. It also keeps my content calendar organized, so I can plan ahead and avoid last-minute scrambling.
Great for analytics and to reach customers and great for metrics of customer satisfaction

Being able to see customer insights as well as a medium to see how people engage with the posts

no differentiation in the chat for spam messages on social media post or to mark a post as spam

It allows us to best see the methods which drive engagement for the brand as well as the current customer sentiment

Being in the advertisement industry it is always getting easier to make reaches in social media using Hootsuite. The analytics shows the graph of campaigns

Sometimes there are lags in the dashboard. The trail period could be for more days.

It gives optimal time for posting that saves from a lot of confusion about when to post.

It gives only one time frame of best time to post.

I used to wake up in the night to post on LinkedIn before the schedule feature, but after using Hootsuite I just schedule content for a week. That saves my time and I can engage in the Hootsuite board.
A great platform for all things social and advocacy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the Hootsuite Dashboard, as well as the multitude of apps in their app directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Hootsuite!

Hootsuite helps our team easily schedule posts. We also frequently use the Amplify portion of Hootsuite to promote employee advocacy!

When I edit a posts, it doesn’t automatically translate across all the platforms where it was first scheduled.
