Does a decent job, but lacking in a few key areas
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty user friendly - compatible with all of the channels that I need to post to: (X, FB, IG, LI, TikTok)
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service. It's difficult to get an answer through the chat bot. It tells you they'll be with you in a few minutes or a few hours - when they respond you only get a few minutes to reply, or your issue gets created in a ticket, and then you have to play email tag to get an answer.
Posting to youtube is not in the same area as posting to other channels - so it's not a seamless experience.
Reporting metrics are always changing. If Instagram no longer pulls post impressions - then you shouldn't be able to select it as an option and have it pull zeroes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For clients with simple photo based content - it's easy to schedule it out to various channels.

What do you like best about the product?
it's got all the things that matter to us:
- it gets the job done (scheduling)
- clean UX
- allows to uploaded several formats (stories, videos, photos, etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had bulk scheduling for videos (we use shorts). I know it does for posts, but for videos, it doesn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it schedules in 1 click a piece of content that goes out to several platforms. this maximizes our reach.
Easy Social Posting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to schedule content across multiple platforms so easily and seamlessly. It also allows me to sign permissions to different people in our company to different accounts so that they no longer need to log into the native apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many options for engagement. You cannot like other accounts post from Hootsuite or see your typical feed from those you follow. That still can only be done from native platform. You also cannot edit a post after it's been posted and need to update anything from the native apps as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the need to give password and log in information for different social platforms to different teams. Teams can log in to one dashboard via Hootsuite and have access to all of their accounts.
My experience has been positive; Hootsuite is easy to use and helps in creating good content.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefits to me of using Hootsuite has been to creative effective content across multiple social media platforms at the same time. The program is a time saver and its content creating section flags potential issues with your posts along with suggested improvements which ensure a better experience for viewers of our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes that you can easily 'post now' instead of scheduling a post for later if you're not careful. Potentially when you hit Post Now a prompt asking to confirm 'are you sure you're ready to post now' would be useful. Users could opt to turn that off, but for newer users like myself it would be a nice safety net.

Data Analytics made simple when using Hootsuite for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the data for views, engagements and posts are all laid out in a simple format. it makes it easy for me to create data charts and explain growth monthly when I can compare the months and specific time periods to see what has changed in my analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are erros when Hootsuite is unable to pull data from specific sites for a period of time and I have to manually account for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes weekly and monthly analytic overviews easy and simple since I can customize which sets of data I want to add to my overview.
Hootsuite is the most user friendly SMM tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the most intuitive SMM tool that I've used. It has the most stream lined planning calendar and effectively allows me to save time when posting to multiple platforms. The connection to Canva is also a game changers because it saves so much time when I'm working to import my creatives for posts. The analytics tracking is also helpful and I appreciate the AI generated tips despite this feature being a WIP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration for up and coming platforms such as Blue Sky and Truth Social. Hootsuite doesn't provide my team support in trying to build a brand presence on newer platforms. I do also wish there was a more streamlined process for creating paid campaigns across multiple social media channels, but understand this is a limitation due to each platform's unique targeting and set up needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping streamline my social media organics posting and allowing us to stay ahead of the curve with our posting cadence. This is a huge time saver for my time and one of the primary reasons we sought to start using a social media management tool. It is also helping us stay organized with 3 managers having access to our shared channels and posting calendar.
Excellent Hootsuite Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule content for multiple platforms at a time for seamless posting. I also appreciate being able to review other team members' social posts before they go live. It's so helpful to have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics seem to change often. For example, no longer receiving Reels analytics after including them in previous reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite optimizes my time by allowing me to post to multiple social platforms at a time. It also helps in the content approval process as members of my team can send their content my way for approval through Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a platform that allows us to create plans and advetisements for our magazines. Since social media stays stronger in todays era. this is been a boon to us.

Being in creative field I dont not have any drawbacks here. Sometimes stronger internet is required

What do you dislike about the product?
1). Can't upload pdfs to LinkedIn on Hootsuite.
2). Tagging accounts isn't always possible and sometimes I have to go to LinkedIn to tag the account directly.
3). When I try uploading two images on Facebook, the layout looks off. The last time this happened, I had to go on Facebook to post directly.

Mostly managing different platforms all in one place and being able to schedule posts for bank holidays etc, when I'm not at work.
Amazing use of software
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is very easy to understand and navigate

Facebook layout messes up from the post.
