What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a powerhouse for social media management. It shines with features like content scheduling, analytics, and social listening. You can create and schedule posts across multiple platforms, track performance metrics, and even monitor brand sentiment. Its AI tools, like OwlyWriter, help generate captions, hashtags, and content ideas, making it a time-saver for marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: It can be expensive, especially for small businesses or individuals. Plans start at $99 per month, and higher-tier plans can cost significantly more.

Time Management: By allowing users to schedule posts across multiple platforms in advance, Hootsuite saves time and ensures consistent content delivery.
Hootsuite Simplifies Managing Multiple Business Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who manages over five business pages, it can easily get overwhelming—but Hootsuite has been a game-changer. It streamlines my workflow by putting everything I need in one place. The Planner is incredibly helpful for scheduling posts, tracking insights, and keeping content organized across all of my business accounts.
One of my favorite features is the ability to duplicate past posts, which saves a ton of time. I also love how easy it is to toggle between different accounts or manage a combination of them simultaneously. The suggested posting times and simple analytics make it easy to optimize performance without feeling bogged down. The actual software is very user-friendly. I use it every single day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides I've encountered are the limitations when scheduling Stories—you can't add text or links—and scheduling Reels can be a bit tricky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay organized and save time by managing all 5+ of my business accounts in one place. It solves the overwhelm of juggling multiple platforms by letting me schedule posts, track insights, and easily duplicate past content. I love the ability to toggle between accounts and use the suggested posting times. It’s super user-friendly and streamlines everything—though I do wish scheduling Stories allowed text and links, and Reels were a bit easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Not able to integrate emerging platforms like Bluesky with our Hootsuite account
-Sometimes links don't populate properly for Facebook and LinkedIn posts
-Analytics tools are a bit more confusing/less user friendly than other platforms like sprout social...would be helpful to see a standardized dashboard for each platform rather than having to build out custom reports

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage all our social media accounts on one platform, which saves us time and keeps everything organized.
With Hootsuite, we can schedule posts ahead of time, ensuring a consistent presence across platforms, even when we’re juggling other tasks.
Hootsuite’s analytics give us a clear picture of how our posts are performing, though the analytics tools are a bit tricky to use in my experience. With that said, we can track all of the metrics we need and also get automated insights and recommendations, which is cool.

Hootsuite makes it easy to cross post across so many social media channels
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can start with one original post and edit each social media channel before posting/scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better ways to post video. It seems like the dimensions aren't consistent across the different channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves being able to schedule all at once, and being able to see the plan in calendar format is extremely helpful.
Simplicity and automation meet
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan, strategize, and see the overall effectiveness of posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, which I am not saying is necessary, but it is a necessary evil. Without any prior knowledge, or an organization without such expertise, Hootsuite could be a complex tool -- at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analysis of effectiveness of posts and "best times" to post.
Awesome Interface

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are powerful, but some advanced metrics and exports require higher-tier plans, which may be limiting for smaller teams.

Hootsuite helps us efficiently manage social media across multiple brands at Chauvet Lighting by consolidating scheduling, approvals, and analytics into one platform. It saves time, improves collaboration between departments, and helps us maintain a consistent online presence.
User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is so much included in one subscription, so I don't need to use multiple subscriptions to get one job done!
What do you dislike about the product?
The trainer on the zoom was very hard to understand because of his thick accent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying softwares to one instead of multiples.
I've loved using Hootsuite for years.
What do you like best about the product?
The basic function of Hootsuite is what I love most: putting all of our social media accounts in an easy-to-navigate dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can still be confusing using keyword tracking, but that's not something I'm using often in my role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting all of our accounts in one place. We have several social accounts, and being able to see all of our content, mentions, etc. in one place makes our job so much easier.
A great social media platform

Prefer Hootsuite for analysis, agorapulse for layout and social posting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the statistics section, it makes my monthly marketing updates super easy and look great. Recently discovered the listening tool which is much better than expected.
Super easy to integrate with social media platforms.
Super easy to integrate with social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite feels like it is clunky to use when posting social content. I find that agorapulse looks much nicer when looking across the month at what is scheduled to be posted.
I find some things you cannot upload to post in Hootsuite for example: When uploading PDFs to have have a carousel LinkedIn post we find that we have to still post directly on the platform for certain posts to work as we cannot upload a Pdf. Therefore, we have to remember to use Hootsuite when we get out of practicing from using it. The aim is to use it x3 a week and currently I would say we are doing that for social posts but for analysis I use it once a month.

Hootsuite means we can post all in one place (most of the time) with ease.
