Absolute godsend during maternity leave

What do you like best about the product?
I was so glad to find this tool before going out on maternity leave. As the head of a small staff, I was worried about scheduling posts and ads 1-6 months in advance while I was out. Hootsuite made it so easy! It's much simpler to use than the social media platforms themselves. Within a few days everything was uploaded and ready to go, and my mind was at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about this tool! It is so simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance, and also navigating the complicated Meta interfaces.

Best Tool for Social Media Managers for Listening & Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about hootsuite is that there's cross platform posting which makes it easy for me to publish my posts on brands using one platform, it makes it easy as I do not have to go on different platforms for posting one post. I also love the inbox feature which allows all the DMs from multiple platforms to be on one single place which makes it very easy to reply to the customers. I use this platform everyday for analytics.It's also easy to integrate bitly on this platform to add shortened links. The customer support also is very useful as it helps me solve my queries. I also can make changes on the same platform if there is any error which makes it very easy to use and make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't like about hootsuite is the inbox features is very slow for instagram as It takes a lot of time to implement the changes like resolving the chat or mark it pending and even delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of cross posting and the time consumed in publishing and also gives a deep analysis to plan future posts, it also shows me best posting time along with an AI writer to help me curate perfect captions.

What do you like best about the product?
For people like me who want to participate and share company successes, but lack the time and/ or creativity, Hootsuite makes it simple and fast! Just log in, share, and done!
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can tell from the 'sharers' perspective!

I let the marketing professionals creat the content and all I have to do it log in and share!

What do you like best about the product?
All our new offers and launches are advertised using hootsuite. An amazing platform that has multiple features and especially AI tool owlygpt is amazing

Nothing to mention here. Getting better on daily basis.

Have been using this recently but the team has been using it for a while now. Amazing tool for advertising to be honest.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is easy to use and well designed layout, scheduling tools, calendar and insights are useful for daily management across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule for TikTok. And a small thing but the calander event days are all US which is frustrating for UK as things like mothers day on different days and we have UK holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All owing us to identify trends, post with confidence and analyse results.

Learning Hootsuite after coming from Orlo

What do you like best about the product?
Switching from Orlo to Hootsuite has been a breath of fresh air! Finally, managing all my social accounts feels less like a chore. What really stands out is how user-friendly the whole platform is. Plus, that preview tab? Total game-changer for making sure everything looks perfect before hitting post on different sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
While my overall experience with Hootsuite has been positive, there are certain aspects that warrant consideration. In comparison to Orlo, the depth of the analytics provided appears somewhat limited. Furthermore, whilst the platform generally exhibits user-friendliness, the organisation of certain advanced functionalities could benefit from a more intuitive design. Finally, the subscription costs for companies, particularly when encompassing a significant number of social media profiles and advanced features, represent a notable financial consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite tackles the challenge of juggling multiple social media accounts, bringing them under one roof. This centralisation saves me a significant amount of time and effort each day, which I can then channel into creating better content and engaging with my audience.  

The partnership with Talkwalker is a particularly valuable aspect for me, as a current Talkwalker user. Integrating their powerful social listening directly within Hootsuite eliminates the need to switch between platforms. This not only streamlines my workflow, making it easier to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, but it also presents a considerable financial benefit. Having these capabilities within the Hootsuite ecosystem likely offers a more cost-effective solution than maintaining separate subscriptions. The ease of accessing Talkwalker's insights directly within my social media management hub is a significant advantage in terms of both efficiency and budget.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly intuitive and makes scheduling, monitoring, and engaging across multiple accounts simple and seamless. Having everything in one centralized dashboard has saved us countless hours and has made it much easier to stay consistent with our content strategy.

We especially love the reporting and analytics features—getting real-time insights into what's working (and what’s not) helps us continuously refine our approach. Plus, the ability to collaborate as a team, assign tasks, and approve posts has improved our workflow tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is generally user-friendly, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of the many features and streams displayed at once. It may take some time to fully customize and streamline the dashboard to fit your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized Platform: Instead of managing each social media account separately, Hootsuite brings everything into one easy-to-navigate dashboard. This saves significant time and keeps campaigns consistent across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Hootsuite is how it centralizes the chaos of social media management into a single, streamlined dashboard. Instead of toggling between platforms and drowning in tabs, I can schedule posts, monitor engagement, and reply to messages across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram from one place. The calendar view is a game-changer—it lets me visualize our content pipeline weeks ahead, spot gaps, and drag-and-drop posts effortlessly. For teams, the collaboration features are a lifesaver; assigning drafts to colleagues, setting approval workflows, and leaving comments directly on posts eliminates endless email threads and Slack pings. While it’s not perfect, that birds-eye view of our social presence—plus the time saved by batching content—makes it a tool I’d miss if it vanished tomorrow. Software is easy to use and have better customer support. I have been using it since last 2 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics dashboard looks impressive at first glance—shiny graphs, exportable reports, and all the metrics you’d expect. But spend five minutes digging in, and the cracks show. The most glaring issue? Wildly inflated percentages that make no sense. I’ve seen posts supposedly “up 3,800% in engagement” when I know the actual lift was modest—likely a glitch in how they calculate baselines or aggregate data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves three universal social media headaches: fragmented workflows (by letting me schedule posts across 5+ platforms in one dashboard), team disorganization (with approval chains that replace chaotic Slack threads), and analytics overload (through consolidated reports that—when accurate—save hours of manual data stitching). For all its flaws, it’s the glue holding my content calendar together.

I love how Hootsuite allows people to plan post at specific targeted times, track analytics, & create content with ease. Creating online strategic content has never been so easy!!

I wish i had something bad to say, BUT I DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!
