Robust Analytics and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the analytics are. It makes it very easy to report results to my clients in a customizable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to hootsuite is how often my accounts get disconnected from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we have hootsuite, I do not have to give all of my content creators the passwords / admin access to my clients' accounts. My clients' information remains secure, but I do not have to post for them myself.

I like how easy it was to create an account I like how I was able to get a certificate eight minutes of testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that they didn’t show us which answers are wrong it may be because I switch the questions up a little bit more

Hootsuite Makes Social Media Simple and Stress-Free
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to use, even if you’re not very tech-savvy. The dashboard is clean and everything’s where you’d expect it to be. I love how quick it is to schedule posts across multiple platforms, and the bulk upload feature saves us a ton of time. The analytics are also really helpful. It’s nice being able to track how our posts are doing in one place. Plus, the recommendations for the best times to post have definitely helped improve engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. My recommendation for benchmarking tools is to allow more flexibility. Right now, the industry categories are pretty broad, which makes it hard to get an accurate comparison. It would be great if we could filter by location, company size, or add more specific competitors. That kind of detail would make the insights a lot more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us stay organized and consistent with our social media. Scheduling posts ahead of time means we’re not scrambling every day to get content out. It also saves our team a lot of time. The analytics help us see what’s working and what’s not, so we can adjust quickly. And the recommendations on when to post have really helped boost engagement. It’s like having an extra team member keeping everything on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hootsuite is how many accounts we are able to connect and utilize. We have many dealerships that we need to have consistent posting on and Hootsuite helps us make the most of the platforms and review our analytics in one place rather than multiple websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have experienced thus far, is the disconnections. While I understand that things happen with the individual platforms, their customer service isn't super well versed in the issues and it is complicated to fix issues once they come into light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple dealerships that we have to manage marketing for and Hootsuite makes it a one-stop-shop center for all things social media for us. If we did not have Hootsuite, it would be impossible to manage.
A dynamic and useful tool for success across Social platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling reliability is what drew me to Hootsuite, but the social listening, analytics and trend reports are also fantastic! It was easy to integrate into our workflow, very straightforward to use, and now it is a regular part of our weekly process. I also consulting with customer service on non-profit pricing and they were very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add trending music from Instagram into my reels in Hootsuite is the only missing feature for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us reliably schedule posts, monitor trends, generate relevant hashtags, and reach our audience!

What do you like best about the product?
Best for most of the influencers to handle all our social media accounts, all the accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great and best platform for influencers to handle their business.

I love that I am able to posts simultaneously in all the accounts in a scheduled time.
Best platform to manage multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been amazing in managing several social media accounts in one dashboard and easy to post and schedule my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to sync my posts in all accounts, after refreshing it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to collaborate with others on posts and add them , and notify. Smart platform for the ones who handle personal and business social media profiles.
Hootsuite saves me hours of work!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, implementation and integration. I love that I can upload my content, get great AI suggestions on current trends, relevant hashtags, etc., schedule my posts for the week and go. On to other things! Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. A few hiccups with connection occasionally, but an easy fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite enables me to work on other things and saves hours of time posting on social media. I spend a few hours a week setting up my posts, schedule them and I'm done for the week! Huge timesaver.
Hootsuite makes my life 10x easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I work with a series of gyms and franchises and I love that Hootsuite allows me to post on all of my individual platforms but also allows me to cross promote when I need to! The option to customize my captions for each platform is super helpful and allows me to streamline my work. It was really easy to introduce to my team and use collaboratively!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found using Hootsuite is not being able to schedule Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So I manage 5 different instagrams that are all a part of the same franchise but have different studios for our gyms. Hootsuite has helped me be able to easily create and schedule content for each studio multiple times a week and stay ahead of our social media schedule. Before, we were using software that was constantly disconnecting our profiles or sending us error messages when posts were supposed to go out - we've had no problems with Hootsuite so far and it makes life so much easier!
