Highly recommend Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Provides useful reports and easy to use.

The amount of features can be overwhelming.

Makes posting across channels and companies easier. Provides easy to understand reports for upper management.
A Solid Social Media Managing System
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post content across multiple platforms. I like that it's also available on mobile for uploading on the go. I think that the analytics system is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets glitchy when you're trying to write in Hootsuite, so it's better to copy and paste content into it. It's also tricky when social media gets disconnected.

Hootsuite has been decent overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement

I like how easy it is to schedule posts, manage multiple accounts, and keep track of audience engagement all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar could be more user-friendly and visually appealing. I’m not sure if it’s possible, but having more export options—especially something slide-friendly for presentations—would be super useful.

Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social media accounts from one place and gives me access to analytics across all platforms, which saves time and helps me make more informed content decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for three years. Hootsuite is a powerful platform for scheduling and managing posts across multiple social networks, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The dashboard is intuitive, making organizing content calendars and collaborating with teams easy. The bulk scheduling feature saves time, and the mobile app is handy for on-the-go updates. Customer support is generally helpful, and the platform is reliable for consistent posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the analytics, which often seem exaggerated and inconsistent with native platform data, making performance tracking unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite effectively addresses the core challenges of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platform for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts across networks like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The biggest benefit is the significant time savings—what used to require hours of manual posting across different platforms now takes a fraction of the time thanks to bulk scheduling and a unified dashboard. For teams, the collaboration features eliminate messy email threads by allowing seamless content approvals and assignments directly within the platform.
User friendly with room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is by far the most user-friendly platform my team has used. I've trained over a dozen customer support agents, and all of them have been able to grasp the basics and get comfortable with the platform within the first week. I also appreciate the in-depth analytics Hootsuite provides both for comments and for agent performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features I would like to see that Hootsuite is currently lacking. The biggest is an automation for auto-hiding comments based on keywords. It would also be nice if when Hootsuite shows an error because you're trying to hide something that has already been hidden natively (i.e. on Facebook) the error message clarifies that's what happened. Right now the error messages in the platform are too vague or wordy to the point that they're hard to make sense of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us tag and sort high priority messages/requests out from the stream of regular messages we receive. It also makes it very easy to search for specific users and comments with specific phrases, ensuring we are assisting users with specific requests or engaging with specific types of comments quickly and efficiently.
Best for running multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like scheduling and amending posts for multiple accounts in one setting. One thing that I end up using a lot is drafts. I often have images for posts on different devices, and the functionality differs from mobile to desktop, but with draft, I can add and remove pictures from one device to another with a simple click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like being able to edit images from device to device using drafts, having more functionality on mobile would be great, like being able to make individual changes per platform, like adjusting image size, editing text, and changing the number of images posted.
Also, having access to native features 9especially for IG) on the dashboard would streamline workflow immensely. Although it seems to have improved lately, early on when we first started using the platform, there were bugs. Lots of bugs including disconnected accounts, failed posts, and service interruptions, which were alarming, but that seems to be improving.

Posting on multiple accounts without having to do so natively. Capturing analytics daily.
Great Implementation and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and use. Ability to create a quick post or allow review by colleagues

Integration with canva needs a little work because it doesn't find existing products

Allowing us to be more intentional with when we post and what we post and analyze to see if it worked. Also the integration of new teams allows us to review their content before posting. I love the ambassador feature that we are starting in June as well.

Customer support can be slow at times and more templates and pre-built reports would be really helpful.

In our team, we needed a central tool to manage multiple social media platforms, by keeping the campaigns consistent, and measuring performance across all the platforms. Hootsuite has enabled our team to plan ahead, avoid content gaps, and improve audience engagement. It's helped us align our content strategy with business goals more effectively. The overall social media has been up since we started using Hootsuite. Must recommend for alll i wuold say.
