A good choice for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The content calendar is definitely the thing that gets the most attention from me on the Hootsuite dashboard. Being able to plan out weeks in advance is always helpful. The generative AI tools are great as well for brainstorming additional content to add to some posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do dislike about Hootsuite is the benchmarking tabs in the analytics page. While I have no problem identifying my own competitors in my market, I do wish that it would recommend some based on my location that may not be on my immediate radar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since my company has many different locations with social media platforms for each, being able to manage all of them in one place definitely provides some relief.
Good for Biz
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use and navigate for users that are tech adept and users that aren't as adept. I like the layout better than that of other social scheduling platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to update features more consistently. I'd like to be able to post stories with links, tag people IN photos and add music to posts. Price is prohibitive to many though.

Makes scheduling easy and therefore saves me time and clients money
Efficient all in one solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite lets me run everything from one clean dashboard—no more hopping between apps. Scheduling posts in bulk across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more takes minutes, and the drag‑and‑drop calendar keeps my week organized. Beyond scheduling, the built‑in analytics are clear enough that I rarely have to pull numbers manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is cost. The interface is little busy—there’s a learning curve before all the streams and tabs feel second‑nature, especially given the price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my accounts in one dash board saves me hours of time since I don't need to log into dozens of social accounts individually. Automations are also a huge time saver as well as being able to get approvals done on platform is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is that it is pretty easy to navigate for any social media manager. While there may be a few hiccups here and there we have a great support team member Jana who is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features aren't as intuitive and take a little digging to find. Unable to boost certain post, etc. Nothing too big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hoosuite is a reliable social scheduling platform. Our previous one would give us trouble with connecting accounts, post would be scheduled and would not post as well as our previous platform support team wasn't as hands on as Hootsuite is.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the platform is and the flexibility of posts and schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social media platforms don't have all the features when compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one easy place. I love the analytics section as well, easily compares performances on the different social media platforms and gives you a better understanding of your target audience.
Hootsuite is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to run any type of analysis on our social activity, making any campaign wrap report so quick and efficient. There are so many tools available at my fingertips that make my job as a social media manager far easier than it would be doing the same things organically. It's a tool that really understands the demands of the social world, and adapts to the ever-changing landscape.

I wish we could schedule out threads on X

Being able to schedule posts, giving me the time back to be able to be reactive.
Hootsuite works fine for what it is meant for, but sometimes lacks the consistency

Helps our team to manage several social media accounts and get all comments and DM's answered.

The ability to tag content is nice but it would be even better if we could tag based off Ai analyzed reasons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our ability to communicate quickly with our customers. The ability to filter into specific channels and types of replies speeds up our first response time.
Streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been amazing for streamlining our social media across all of our channels allowing me to schedule well in advance. The AI has been a great addition with to and verbiage when needed. I use it and check it daily along with the analytics sections. I have been in contact with customer support about new services offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you have to upgrade your account significantly to get certain reports in Hootsuite. We are a small nonprofit hospital that only has 2 employees in their marketing and community awareness department so it isn't cost effect to upgrade even though having some of the extra reports for our small organization would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me make our account a non-profit account so that our small non-profit hospital could save financially.
