Efficient social media management platform with great scheduling tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. The scheduling tool is particularly helpful for planning content in advance, and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. It saves me a ton of time by automating posts across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best features are only available in the more expensive plans, which may be limiting for small businesses or solo users. Additionally, the analytics dashboard could be more customizable to suit specific campaign goals. At times, the mobile app feels a bit laggy compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps centralize and streamline our social media efforts by allowing us to manage multiple accounts in one place. It reduces the time spent manually posting content and provides valuable analytics that help shape our content strategy. It also makes it easier for our team to collaborate on campaigns with scheduled drafts and shared calendars.
Great product if you have time to dedicate to all the features
What do you like best about the product?
This is an all-in-one tool, so you don't need to pay for multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feature for scheduling content does not have some very basic features that are included on other platforms.

Hootsuite provides a great one-stop-shop for managing our organic social media posts across multiple platforms. It is an amazing solution for community management.

Limited AI features, Doesn't support bluesky yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it took a bit of time to get used to everything at first, but once this was mastered am flying..

Quickly post to LinkedIn with already vetted collateral...very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about hootsuite and I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quickly lets me choose valuable material that I schedule out days or weeks in advance. It elivates me remembering to post for outreach.
