What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an outstanding all-in-one platform for managing and distributing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads. Once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly easy to use, with plenty of helpful hints and tips to guide you. One of its best features is automatic image resizing, which ensures your visuals look perfect on every platform without any extra effort. The centralized inbox is a huge time-saver, allowing you to view and respond to all comments and messages in one place, making community engagement seamless. The AI-powered tools are a bonus, offering smart suggestions for content, post timing, and hashtags, helping you optimize your strategy. The intuitive content calendar makes scheduling a breeze, and integrations with tools like Canva and Google Drive streamline your workflow even more. What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it took a bit of time to get used to everything at first, but once this was mastered am flying..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of juggling multiple social media platforms by bringing everything into one place, making it easy to schedule content, manage engagement, and maintain a consistent brand presence. This has saved me a lot of time, reduced the stress of switching between accounts, and helped me stay organized and responsive across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads.

Quickly post to LinkedIn with already vetted collateral...very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about hootsuite and I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quickly lets me choose valuable material that I schedule out days or weeks in advance. It elivates me remembering to post for outreach.

I love being able to schedule for all of my clients in one place, pull reports, and compare them to other businesses in their industry.

I wish we had a function in which we could save hashtag banks for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hootsuite for the last 5 years for three different nonprofits and it gets better every year. Managing posts, calendar, and replies is pretty easy in Hootsuite. I really like the ability to customize posts all at once for different networks.
The analytics are also really nice and easy to create dashboards to share out with senior leaders who want to know -- how are we doing?
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see them add the ability to create posts that have both images and video, but that's a small thing. You can always schedule/post natively in the app and Hootsuite still logs it and tracks it in your analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to create analytics dashboards and customize them for your management team - easily scheduling them to be emailed each week, month, quarter.
They also have a MUCH better interface than Meta Business Suite to manage ads and audiences.

This is good for scheduling. I like that I can add to different channels all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Youtube analytics are pretty weak. Itd be great to have anaylitcs for long form and short form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy for me to schedule content all at once without doing it natively in the app
