Great Platform with Great Reach

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I do not waste time going to each social media site to post the same ad over and over. I am able to reach all of our social media accounts with on click of a button. I like that I am able to schedule hours, days, weeks or months out on a post. The site lets me know if I am over on the character account, I can modify it. Customer service is extremely helpful each time I have reached out. I use Hootsuite several times a week and I love that it works with every platform that we currently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the price, I feel it could be a little less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and that is the best part about the program. It saves you time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is easy to use and intuitive, even for teams with varying levels of experience. Implementation was quick, and the AI writing assistance has been a helpful timesaver. I also appreciate the built-in best practice tips for scheduling and engagement. Having analytics across platforms in one place makes reporting more streamlined and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics dashboards can be a little clunky and supported metrics are often changing, which makes it hard to build consistent reporting. It’s also frustrating that we can’t respond to Facebook mentions or comments directly through Inbox 2.0 — that’s a big gap when trying to manage community engagement in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps centralize our social media management, making it easier to plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms from one place. It’s been especially helpful for staying organized, reducing manual work, and keeping a clear overview of what’s going out and how it’s performing.

Easiest Social Media Scheduling Platform For Multiple Brand Publishing

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to set up teams and schedule posts across multiple brands social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media accounts tend to get disconnected randomly and you can't reconnect through rescheduling the failed post although it shows that as an option. You have to go into your profile to reconnect the account and then go back in to schedule the post again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 4 main dealerships in our auto group with multiple social media platforms. This allows one person to go in and schedule posts across all of brand's social platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar/publishing function allows us to plan and develop content efficiently (vs having to log into single accounts).
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor window was glitchy sometimes - work was lost. It doesn't help that tagging in X doesn't work (but I understand that is on their end). We only use some of the features so it would be helpful for pricing to reflect that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with posting efficiency and ability to plan/post strategically with the calendar view.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has become an essential part of my social media strategy and planning process. It’s easy to use, and I love having all my social channels accessible in one place. The analytics are user-friendly, and I rely on the platform daily to keep everything organized. Setup was quick and seamless, and connecting all our accounts was a breeze. I also really appreciate the educational resources—Hootsuite’s reports and webinars are insightful, and their team is knowledgeable and great to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the more advanced features (like in-depth analytics or team collaboration tools) are only available on higher-tier plans, which can get pricey fast. We have a very limited budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit Hootsuite has provided is helping me organize all my content in one place, making scheduling incredibly easy. The analytics have also been a huge asset in tracking performance and improving strategy.

Great for large teams to collaborate and align on content for an organization

There are still some things that are better to do in platform vs on hootsuite (ie Cover Thumbnails for LinkedIn)

Alignment with a global team. Also allowing for me to check content from non-native english speakers before publishing

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gives uss a bird’s-eye view of all our social-media platforms. Scheduling posts is super easy, and the platform helps us maintain consistency across all the social media channels. The analytics help us understand what’s working, and the content calendar is great for planning & scheduling. also, The “Best Time to Post” recommendations are a nice bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel a bit outdated at a few places & loading times occasionally lag when switching between multiple tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite simplifies for us managing multiple social media platform handles all-in-one place. It saves time, reduces errors, & allows us to track engagement without juggling between multiple different tools. It’s made our social media marketing more efficient and results-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a centralised management for social media platforms like Twitter facebook and instagram in one dashboard.It provides a solid overview of whats trending and helps in tracking KPI's like engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not completely support platforms like instagram reels and youtube studio. with large and bulk posts the platform lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in working together, assign tasks and monitor real time activity. It is helpful in brand mentions, Episodes air dates, New series announcements.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it incredibly easy for us to plan, schedule & managee social media posts across multiple social media platforms from a single comprehensive dashboard. the calendar view is very intuitive & the ability to collaborate with team members & set up of approval workflows has been a game changer. Very easy implementation & integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features like deeper analytics or additional users are expensive depending on the plann.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we switched to hootsuite, managing different social media platforms felt a bit chaotic & time consuming. Plus the analytics aggregation was also a task. With hootsuite, we now have a centralized control, improved scheduling and bettter content performance tracking. It has saved a lot of hours for our marketing team & has improved audience engagement overall.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows us to focus on what matters most - our clients and services. In the past, we spent hours every day doing content creation and working on engagements that required us to use multiple platforms for our social media tasks. Hootsuite enables us to manage all of this on a single platform. Within Hootsuite, at a glance, we can grab an overview of all of our social media channels and best of all, we are able to engage with our customers directly within Hootsuite - no more logging into multiple platforms. Using Hootsuite, we feel as though we have a dedicated new member of the team always ready to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dont have any dislikes with Hootsuite as has been an immense game changer for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solved our problem with having to use multiple platforms for each social channel when posting and engaging with our customer. It also assisted with providing analytics and insights that we would otherwise not have been able to make sense of.
