Seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and second nature, very satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simple UI design and ease of use of this platform. It was one of the first tools available for managing social media accounts, and it remains a top choice for our team. It truly streamlines the planning and publishing process—like having a built-in marketing assistant!
This tool is great for both beginners and experienced social media managers. The analytics and social listening features provide valuable insights, helping users make more informed decisions and refine their strategy. The new AI content creation feature is a game-changer—it saves me time, enables quick decision-making, and helps our brand stay interactive and engaged.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of self-learning. The library is vast and very helpful - lots of great step-by-step videos. But my personal Account Manager isn't great. I think he mixes me up with another account because his emails sometimes address non-questions that I had, or didn't answer the questions I did have. His feedback isn't customized or personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoughtful analytics in one dashboard are HUGELY beneficial. This saves me a ton of time with channel comparison.

I love that I can do multiple platforms at once and in advance. Unfortunately my budget wouldn’t allow me to upgrade.

I don’t have anything that I don’t like. I love it this product.

It saves me time when I need to advertise events. We have a lot of church events and it helps post across all my social media accounts. A few hours once a week and all my tasks are done.

Easy to add my accounts and monitor them in on screen, easy to schedule the posts on time on all business profiles.

Hootsuite very easy tool for social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a very easy platform to manage all my social media accounts, best thing is handled in single dashboard.

Hootsuite sometimes it takes little time to load, apart from that everything is good.

Hootsuite has multiple benefits for all the influencers and business related accounts to manage everything in one place.
Has been a partner for advertising new launches
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for a while now, It has helped me create advertisements for my social media, I am an individual market person for the brand I work for and post all the new launches for the visibility and promotional activities.
It has always been a mess while posting advertising in various channels separately however hootsuite as made it easy for me by integrating all social medias like facebook, instagram for business and X.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to crib about hootsuite. Initially it was a hassle to get my twitter account integrated to hootsuite which is no more an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has been very helpful to me for my advertisements. It is a great choice as it allows individuals to create their own analytics. It also has great AI enhancement features.
Amazing Business Asset!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has become an extension of our team, assisting in social media marketing and management and more. It is very easy to use and it's a tool we use everyday! Their Hootsuite academy programs allow for ease of integration into everyday work settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have trial features to see what features we would upgrade to use more!

Hootsuite is becoming an extension of our team to benefit us in understanding our audience better and managing our social media to keep our plan up to date and moving forward.
Intuitive and easy to use across teams
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is really easy and 'basic' if you will to learn and implement. This makes it easy to work on and show your team how to use it too. Managing comments and messages is also seamless and is easy to assign for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We get a lot of spam comments or messages. I find that hootsuite doesn't always filter these out very well and it would be nice to change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, reviewing messages and our inboxes from our social media channels from one app/software helps streamline the communication and front facing side of our business.
Hootsuite is just what was needed for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
Some of my favorite things about Hootsuite are how user-friendly the app is, the inbox tool, and how custom you can make the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I am not a fan of is when posting different size photos on Instagram, Hootsuite will add black borders to the photos. This is not shown in the post preview but it is something I have encountered after posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is allowing me to simultaneously post across 4 different social media pages. This allows me to plan content in advance and customize posts for each platform. The AI feature is also helping with generating captions which can become challenging after some time.
Fits all our basic needs at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a good platform and meets our basic social media management needs at a decent price. Scheduling posts on Hootsuite is simple, and it allows you to easily edit your copy for each platform your posting too. The analytics provide more insights than the business suites of social media platforms, and gives enough information to suit our needs. It also offers tools to help come up with content ideas or strengthen your current ideas/copy.

Hootsuite doesn't have as many features and the analytics aren't as robust as the more expensive social media platforms. The UI also isn't as attractive or intuitive as other platforms. Additionally, we
