What do you like best about the product?
It saves a lot of time to manage and also calendar feature is so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it looks confusing and takes time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite I managed multiple accounts with multiple Chrome profiles, but that was taking so much time and effort. Now it helps me to manage in a single screen.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how seamlessly it brings all my social media platforms into one centralized dashboard. The ability to schedule content in advance, collaborate with teammates through approval workflows, and access detailed analytics — all in one place — makes campaign planning so much more efficient. It saves time, reduces back-and-forth, and gives me confidence that our messaging is consistent and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has strong support for major platforms like Instagram and TikTok Reels, which is great — but resharing Stories and repurposing content across platforms can still be a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms efficiently and consistently. Instead of switching between accounts or tools, I can plan, schedule, and monitor content from one centralized dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the calendar functionality for scheduling content. It is user friendly - easy to navigate.

We use it on a daily basis to schedule content and see how our channels are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are a bit messy in that some of the metrics change throughout the year which can be hard for recording YoY numbers.

Also, you can 't go back to content published and tag / label it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to have all of our social media channels in one place to publish to

What do you like best about the product?
"What I like best about Hootsuite is its ease of use and ease of implementation. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, even for beginners, and setting it up with all our social media accounts was quick and smooth. I also appreciate the wide number of features it offers—from post scheduling and content planning to analytics and team collaboration. The ease of integration with other tools like Canva and Google Drive makes my workflow more efficient. Plus, their customer support is responsive and helpful when needed. We use Hootsuite frequently, and it’s become a central part of our daily social media operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is powerful, the pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or solo users. Also, some features like analytics and team collaboration tools are only available on higher-tier plans. Occasionally, the platform feels a bit clunky or slow, especially when switching between accounts or loading reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently. Instead of logging into each platform separately, I can schedule, publish, and monitor posts all in one place. It also helps solve time management issues by allowing me to plan content in advance. The analytics tools give me valuable insights into performance, helping me make data-driven decisions. These features save time, increase productivity, and help maintain a consistent and professional online presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently upgraded my account to the unlimited plan, which was a fantastic offer. The customer service has always been excellent, and I’ve recently had the pleasure of dealing with Frida, who was incredibly helpful and efficient. I frequently use Hootsuite regularly to manage multiple channels it’s very user-friendly, with only a few simple steps needed for integration, making implementation quick and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can sometimes be hard to find exactly what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a well-structured program which helps me to organise and plan all the content.

You can't tag people on LinkedIn or tag in Instagram stories which is a pity.

We can posts more content without having to post it on the moment itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Planning in Hootsuite is amazingly fast and clear. It's an amazing way to manage your social strategy, so you never have to worry about manually posting everything, doing community management or missing your deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 60fps cap on videos is something that was bugging at first, but is very easy to avoid if you render video's the correct way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning is the most convenient case for our company, never missing the best time to post. Next to that, Hootsuite gives amazing suggestions based on true experience.

What do you like best about the product?
clar planner that you can customise and use to your liking. Any time I have issues, customer support is very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would make my life easier if you were to be able to select multiple messages in the inbox to resolve them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my life so much easier because I can do basically everything I need to do for social media and community management from the platform itself. I don't need to jump from social media to social media to schedule content, which is soooo much easier to post across different channels with just one click. Same with analytics, I don't have to pull them from each different social media channel, but I can easily get an overview that is going to inform future decisions.
