good but messy
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is useful to have a dashboard and monitor all my accounts in one place. calendars are the best. libraries are a bit dull. carousels would be a great adition
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is super sad that it doesn't really work as expected, screens are messy, I see too many things in the same place. and the redesign broke whatever settings I already had!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
coordinating many different accounts
Incredibly Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can save drafts on certain days. It gets my ideas down and I can remember where/when I wanted those ideas, with the freedom to see how they would look on other days. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it's third party, it does worry me our posts aren't being pushed out there as much because of that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem we had is we needed to prepare posts ahead of time and g over each post as a company before it was posted. That can't be done every single day, so with Hootsuite we are able to prepare ahead of time and sit down once a month now to go over each post.
A Must for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts and finding data in reports that would otherwise take me forever on individual channels. The reporting is more reliable than Meta and X which changes too often and without reason. The few times I have talked to anyone on the Hootsuite team, they've been incredibly helpful and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be improved. I use tagging for reporting and there's no easy way to add a tag after it's published in Hootsuite or natively. That makes it so I can miss data when reporting. I'd love to compare tags and do A/B testing to see which topic performs better. When I export reporting, it's not turnkey to be able to share it with others on my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the need to hop around 4-5 different social media channels because scheduling and reporting can all be done in one place. I still like to check the newsfeeds and messages on each social media platform but without Hootsuite, it would take me hours more to pull monthly reports and schedule posts.
Quick and Thorough
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated the way the certificate courses were set up. They were relatively quick to get through but they were also very thorough with little quizzes between sections to review what you’ve learned so far. I also really appreciated there being transcripts for any videos that were included. It made focusing and understanding a lot easier throughout the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of sections and videos to get through were occasionally overwhelming, though still mostly helpful. Also. I wish certificate exams weren’t timed. Feeling like I was going to run out of time made me a bit anxious as I was going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s giving me a better understanding of social media in general and helping me better understand what I should use when and what’s important as you manage your social medias.
Don't Be Scared Away...
What do you like best about the product?
The price seems high, but the time and money you save IMMEDIATELY is the ROI that makes this very easy to use program worth each penny. The support component makes understanding what you're doing almost a complete breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a little bit longer to set up than I'd like, but even THAT is worth the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevents me (primarily) from dropping the ball anywhere that engagement could result in dollars!

It helps listen to what people are saying about my brand and brings all publishing under one roof. Pretty darn easy to implement with all the platforms

Hootsuite helps me in solving the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts like all at once because of the centralized platform it has. It streamlines the entire content planning for all my platforms and even gives me real-time insights. For users like me, it honestly helps save a ton of time, keeps all my campaigns organized and not cluttered and mis managed, and helps ensure consistent and quality engagement with my audience.
One stop shop for easy management of Social Media Posts
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple social accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more) from one dashboard. Plan and automate posts in advance, saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can Feel Cluttered – The interface has a learning curve, especially for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really time consuming for me to write up posts on various social media platforms from scratch, while Hootsuite helps me tackle that problem with ease as I can manage all my social media accounts from one dashboard and easily schedule/automate social media posts

Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool saves me so much time, and the analytics make it easy to see what’s working. When you’re running the entire marketing show on your own, it’s an absolute lifesaver
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be pretty steep, especially for small businesses or solo marketers on a budget. The free plan is also pretty limited, which can be frustrating if you’re just starting out or need more advanced tools without the high price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes scheduling easy by posting at the best times for engagement, so I don’t have to. It’s a lifesaver for managing multiple accounts and time zones!
Makes It Easy for A Social Media Dummy
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's platform makes it extremely easy for me to plan social media posts across all of our platforms in a time-efficient manner. I use Hootsuite one to two times a week to schedule our posts. It was easy for me to learn how to navigate the platform and setting up the integration to our various social media platforms was a breeze. The few times that I've needed to contact Customer Support, they've been great and very helpful in providing me with a solution to my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue that I've encountered is on occasion I will find that a post will not actually post as intended and will be missing from a platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a small business that does not have a dedicated social media position. I have to juggle multiple roles within the company and Hootsuite allows me to take care of our social media needs in an effective manner. The fact that Hootsuite allows me to create content and integrate it across multiple platforms at once saves me a lot of time.
