What do you like best about the product?
Analytics and comparison with previous years + the top posts that help us better understand our target audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The change of period that cannot be manually selected (enter the dates directly instead of clicking the arrow to go to the desired date) + the table that is complicated to customize when there are too many indicators
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to highlight data and analyze and adapt my strategy accordingly based on the evolution of engagement during the analyzed periods. This gives more weight to my work and decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been serving us for a while now in posting our ads across social media without hassle. It has multiple streams across social to explore. The AI companion is helping in creating the ads more creatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find any issues regarding this. Have been easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the real estate field ads have been laying major role. Being a creative manager I have been using hootsuite for making things easy and more effective.
Great Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite since my company has multiple social media accounts. The ease of use is incredibly helpful since the interface is user friendly and makes is so easy to integrate all of our social media accounts. I use Hootsuite daily to schedule my content and I also love the Owly AI writer feature when I am stuck on an idea or need some inspiration. The Hootsuite team made it so easy to implement the product into our daily work and I love connecting with our product success team on a regular basis. Also, the customer support is top-notch and always ready to help with any issues we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the API integrations can be a bit wonky.

Best thing is being able to manage all my business and personal social media accounts in one place.

Hootsuite has been amazing platform to all the professionals to launch multiple social campaigns.

It benefitted in posting several posts on my social media accounts also running campaigns. Amazing single dashboard to check all my accounts associated.

This software has been helpful in maintaining social media accounts for publishing Ads in Instagram and Twitter while we collaborated with a team working on social media campaigns.

I have worked with team working on hootsuite in a few projects hence I have nothing to add here.

We have solely used this analysing the projects on social media. As a PM I have created plan of action in creating the tasks for content creation and monitoring engagement. We have also been looking into the graphs of posts and post reaction on various social media like Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram for Business, X and much more
Best Social media management and advertisement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an amazing tool to create the campaigns and ads for my social media campaign team. Among the teams I handle ad campaign is also one. I have been using bulk scheduling and AI features to create the ads.

This was a recent shift to Hootsuite, hence i have not faced any negative experience yet.

it is helping me in generating custom reports using campaign performance. It helps our organisation to stay on top of the conversation, and respond to customer issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of self-learning. The library is vast and very helpful - lots of great step-by-step videos. But my personal Account Manager isn't great. I think he mixes me up with another account because his emails sometimes address non-questions that I had, or didn't answer the questions I did have. His feedback isn't customized or personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoughtful analytics in one dashboard are HUGELY beneficial. This saves me a ton of time with channel comparison.

I love that I can do multiple platforms at once and in advance. Unfortunately my budget wouldn’t allow me to upgrade.

I don’t have anything that I don’t like. I love it this product.

It saves me time when I need to advertise events. We have a lot of church events and it helps post across all my social media accounts. A few hours once a week and all my tasks are done.
