Hootsuite is great for prescheduling social posts.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is the ability to plan your entire week(s) of social content all in one go. Hootsuite makes it easy to duplicate posts and reschedule when needed. This is crucial when you're managing multiple brands and all their social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with Hootsuite is that I receive far more 'failed to post' notifications than I should. It seems like every week, a scheduled post seems to fail, and I have to reschedule the post. There is usually not any indicator as to why the posts fail either. Their customer service is lacking as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a major time-saver. It offers AI features to help you create content, and schedule all your posts in advance. This allows for busy users to get valuable time back in their weekly schedule, knowing that social media management is taken care of.

being able to post across multiple networks and be able to gather and review data quickly

I like that you have the opportunity to schedule posts in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only post one story at a time and that I can't add text. I don't like that the site is often lagging when I am in the middle of adding copy or trying to schedule. The analytics that are provided to me always seem inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves posting in advance and I like that it provides insight into the best posting times based on the past data the site has collected. It's nice to have all my clients profiles easily accessible.

I like how all my socials are in one space.

Formats can sometimes look different across platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes it so i dont have to log into a bunch of different social media accounts and post one by one. This makes it quick and easy for me to post in multiple locations at once.

The Hootsuite team does a fantastic job during the onboarding/implementation process and makes learning the software extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides currently other than some small features that they are currently working on implementing.

Hootsuite is helping us unite all of our social channels under one software system, which makes it a lot easier to keep track of our brands and run analytics reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule content in advance for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, keeping us consistent without having to post manually every day. The bulk scheduling tool has been a time-saver, allowing us to focus on engagement and strategy rather than daily posting. One of our key goals in 2025 is to increase our Instagram following by 10%, Hootsuite helps track our progress with clear analytics on follower growth, engagement, and top-performing posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
While scheduling standard posts is seamless, we’ve found that Instagram stories and reels require more manual effort. Hootsuite provides reminders to post them, but it doesn’t fully automate the process. Tagging accounts also seems to be an issue through Instagram and sometimes Facebook.
The basic analytics are helpful, but to access deeper insights (like competitor benchmarking or advanced reporting), we’d need to upgrade to a more expensive plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me work with my marketing team in a way where everything is centralized, and able for everyone to locate, edit, and input ideas. This has allowed us to grow our social awareness and thrive as a team. Hootsuite not only keeps everything in one place for posting, but also for tracking insights and analytics.
Best Experience With Social Media Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the simple and minimalistic layout. It was also easy to learn to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like how it is limited in what file sizes you can upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of process, less technical glitches that I experienced with Meta, and I can now easily track the analytics of my social platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has used Hootsuite for 2+ years. It easily connected to our social accounts and allows the Marketing team to plan, schedule and review the performance of content seamlessly.

At the moment Hootsuite fulfills all our needs.

Best Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Hootsuite is the ease of use of the tool for all our social scheduling of posts on diffferent channels & the analytics part. The dashboard is very comprehensive & easily understandable. The social listening is also very good in Hootsuite. The AI recommendations are really good. Customer support is really helpful & available quickly.

Nothing as such so far. I am pretty happy with the tool as of now.

Hootsuite is helping us in scheduling our posts for the upcoming months as per our social media calendar. The analytics we get is very good & helpful in making our improvisations to the content & timings of the posting. The AI reccommendations from the tool are also pretty good. Overall, its a very good tool for all your social media requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts to mulitple platforms. This allows me to sit down one time and schedule to have my business promoted for several days which frees up time for me to do other things! I use this feature a lot as it works well with my schedule. I also find it very easy to set up and link my social media to Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great, but in a few instances Hootsuite disconnects from my social media platforms and I have to "reconnect". It is a quick process but can be annoying when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves time for me when I post ads on social media accounts like Facebook and Insta to promote my business which allows me to get other tasks completed. Hootsuite helps me when I do not have my creative juices flowing by offering AI help to help describe and jazz up my posts!
