Best platform for Social Media Insights
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, you can check the insights for all the social media channels you have. The reports are accurate and updated at the same time as the platform. The scheduling process is also easy. I use it at least twice a week to generate reports of how our social media is doing. It's easy to implement in any company, and it's a must have. Not too hard to integrate into any system.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really a Hootsuite problem but a meta problem that does not allow other companies to schedule Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me a deeper insight on how to optimize across the channels.
Hootsuite is super easy to track analytics with and grow your platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of tracking analytics and the way that I can use Hootsuite to tell me how I can improve my individual platforms' performance to grow my audience and reach on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the lack of customer support can be frustrating, mainly because of how long it takes to hear back from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving my problem of not being able to properly track my various social media platforms' analytics. It is making it a lot easier to gather that information in one place, rather than needing to use various softwares to get the same results.

Analytics platform is easy to use and navigate.
Integration with platforms is ok, but can be clunky for no reason - requesting help is usually required when taking over client accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is confusing and does not make sense. It's trying to do too much. The platform does not keep up with social platform changes quick enough, so we find ourselves still posting natively and mainly just using the tool to schedule and gather analytics easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to easily gather analytics from platforms without having to pull things manually. This saves us a lot of time and effort.

The ai functions such as suggested hashtags is so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's often difficult to tag companies because they don't have the same name across various channels. It could be easier to search for companies to tag.

Good Organisational and Analytical Tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily plan, organise and schedule posts on hootsuite. I think the analytics side of hootsuite is also useful however i use it less.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocasionally my accounts disconnect and i need to re-add but this could also be a cookies issue on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing a platform wherein i can multitask and complete several tasks such as planning - writing content - adding content - sending it out and reviewing performance.

The approval process within Hootsuite makes connecting and sharing with clients for review super easy!

It would be great if the platform was able to tag and use some of the in-app features on Instagram and Facebook.

Makes managing social media accounts easier and has great features like idea generators. Being able to schedule content ahead of time is crucial for myself and those I work with

It isn't always up to date with the most recent social media updates and the app often glitches and doesn't always send notifications for manually scheduled posts

Hootsuite is the perfect tool for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Hootsuite for our small business. Being able to schedule multiple posts across multiple social media platforms is such a game charger - and time saver! Especially with a small team, Hootsuite provides us all the tools we need, even with a one-man operation at times. We will definitely continue using Hootsuite to schedule and monitor all of our media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we've noticed is that sometimes we will schedule a specific post to be posted on a specific day - but for some reason when it gets saved, the post will be on a different day. Just be careful you double check your saved work!

It's definitely saving us time by allowing us to schedule multiple posts across multiple accounts.
