The ability to work in Amplify and share posts with colleges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having access to social media messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can publish all my content from one location! It's fairly easy to use and can easy to see our scheduled content. I use it every single day, plus I enjoy easily being able to see our competitor's sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Isn't always reliable. I can't tell you how many times I've published content and it gets sent out at a random time or doesn't get published at all. Plus there's been a lot of times Hootsuite wasn't working at all due to technical errors, which can be very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule content on all platforms at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and straightforward to use. Plenty of functionality. Planning and scheduling is made simple. Analytics do take a little more use to get familiar with but once you do its great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside as with most things is the price. Would be nicer to have it cheaper
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to organise posts and content often and across multiple channels. Hootsuite provides a seamless solution that meets my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the feedback that hootsuite gives on social media presence, giving a score to reflect that makes it easier to comprehend & helps take your brand further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the section for connecting social accounts feels more difficult than it should be. A more streamlined interface would make it much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite cuts down the time I spend getting posts prepared for various social accounts significantly, which gives me more time to work on the graphic design side of the content.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Hootsuite to plan and share our social media content in a global setting for our daily work. The program itself is simple and easy to use. In our case the implementation was quite easy and customer support worked well. Hootsuite has proven to be a very useful tool for global social media management. It allows users to manage multiple social media accounts from a single centralized platform, saving time and effort.

One of Hootsuite's significant advantages is its ability to support multiple languages and cultures, making it an ideal choice for international companies. The platform allows easy planning and scheduling of posts across different time zones, ensuring that messages reach the target audience at the right time.

While Hootsuite is an excellent tool, it is important to note that we do not have experience with other similar platforms yet. This review is based on Hootsuite's features and its ability to meet the needs of global social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not fully utilizing the analytics and follow-up due to different reasons. The analytics feels a bit separate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and managing a global team's social media content. We can see the other team's plans and actions and easily modify the content for local use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has become my go to tool for planning, scheduling and reviewing content across social media. the dashboard is easy to use and intuitive. There are a variety of extra features such as hashtag recommendations, AI suggestions etc which also come in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that posting stories with interactive elements is quite limited and has been a little frustrating, especially when trying to drive users to a specific link

time management - by having everything handled in an easy to use dashboard is wonderfully convenient and saves me aa lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for a few months to schedule my Instagram posts, and overall, it's been a helpful tool, though not without some frustrations. The scheduling and automation features save me a ton of time, allowing me to plan weeks in advance with a user-friendly drag-and-drop content calendar. I also love that it supports multiple platforms, so I can manage Facebook and Twitter in the same place. The hashtag suggestions and first comment scheduling are great for optimizing posts without making captions look cluttered, and the analytics provide useful insights into engagement and audience activity. However, the free plan is quite limited, which can be frustrating if you post frequently, and direct posting for Instagram carousels and stories isn’t available, meaning I still have to manually post those. While Hootsuite is powerful, its pricing can be a drawback for solo creators or small businesses who need advanced features. Overall, I’d rate it 4/5—it’s great for social media management, but if Instagram is your main focus, alternatives like Later or Planoly might be worth considering.

For Instagram carousels and stories, I still have to manually post them through the app, which kind of defeats the purpose of automation. While it’s great for scheduling, Hootsuite doesn’t allow direct posting for Instagram carousels or stories, meaning you still have to manually publish them, which defeats some of the automation benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves several key problems for social media management, especially when it comes to Instagram scheduling. The biggest issue it tackles is time management—instead of manually posting every day, I can schedule weeks’ worth of content in advance, saving me hours of work. It also helps with consistency, ensuring that my posts go live at optimal times even if I’m busy. Another major benefit is content organization—the visual content calendar makes it easy to plan my feed, align posts with campaigns, and avoid last-minute scrambling for content.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how easy it makes managing multiple social media accounts in one place. It’s really user-friendly and helps save time with scheduling posts across different platforms. It is also easy to monitor your feeds and analyze engagement all from one dashboard, which is super convenient. Plus, the analytics tools give you clear insights, so it’s easy to see what's working and what isn't. It's a great tool for staying organized and improving social media strategy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to dislike. While it covers a lot of major platforms, it lacks deeper analytics for newer or niche platforms like Threads, Bluesky and Pinterest. It would be great if there were more detailed insights on engagement, growth and audience demographics for those platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love using Hootsuite to help me find what content is working and what isn't! I also love how it helps me identify the best times to post my content.

What do you dislike about the product?
-There is no function for sharing out to Facebook Groups.
-Blue Sky is not integrated into the platform
-Mastodon is not integrated into the platform
-I have not been able to find a way to custom-select metrics from each of the platforms so I can do a better custom side-by-side comparison
-Hootsuite uses AI

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite is easy to use, has good calendar and analytics tools for all major social media platforms. I also like how Hootsuite is using the latest AI or tools to help me write and plan holidays/awareness events throughout the month. I also like how Hootsuite almost every month offers good tools and webinars to level up my content planning. I use Hootsuite nearly every day to monitor comments and my feed. It's really easy to integrate and implement for our channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher if you only have 1-2 social media channels that you want to schedule. My company uses Hootsuite to manage our 5-10 social accounts so it's worth the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating content ideas is helpful with the Owly AI writer and calendar planner.
