Time-Saver with Low-Code Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Kore.AI solves many problems and saves time. The low-code feature is really beneficial, as it saved me time. It helps me by not needing to rewrite prompts or scripts, and if I need to copy a node, it saves even more time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to move nodes between dialogs so that I don't have to rewrite anything. Adding a copy-paste feature would help simplify the work and reduce time. Also, I think more videos in the academy would make learning easier, providing more detail than just reading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI saves me time by solving many problems with its low-code features and copy-paste functionality. It prevents rewriting prompts and scripts, simplifying work.
Powerful, Flexible Bot Builder with Robust Dialog Management and Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It is powerful and flexible bot building platform. It offers robust dialog management, seamless integration capabilities, customizable workflows and strong support for automation AI usecases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging issues especially related to session handling and publishing. Clearer documentation for advanced configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily built conversation flows. It will reduces load on humans by giving accurate results 24/7.
High Latency and Platform Issues with Kore.AI
What do you like best about the product?
High Latency and Lot of Platform Issues in Voice Bots
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Kore.AI is the worst platform with a lot of platform issues. The latency is significantly high compared to other Voice AI products. Its old architecture is a failure. We use agent nodes but they aren't useful for managing context. The inbuilt TTS and ASR are lacking. LLM integration is a failure, and context management can be improved. Instead of just having a sales mindset, informing clients beforehand about the possibilities would be good.

I use Kore.AI for contact center automation.

Despite offering a low-code interface, mastering the full feature set (like advanced NLP configurations, custom integrations, and conversation flows) can take time and often requires technical expertise.

I really like how Kore.AI provides a precise function in the AI contact center, which replicates the work of a real call center agent step by step. Also, the platform is very user-friendly. We switched from using Genesys to Kore.AI because of its advanced features.

1- in the platform, I can't delete the unused components that I created by mistake or no longer used, such as: node, message, entity ...etc.

it helps me in creating my first AI agent that understood the conversation and rich of different resources (FAQ, documents, websites and CSV), by this feature my agent will understand the user's intent to rely on AI Fastly and easy

Advanced features would be easier to use with more detailed, use case-driven documentation, clearer examples, and stronger in-product guidance for complex workflows and integration.
