So far, every tool has been very useful, and at this time there’s nothing we’re unhappy about.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us enhance our domain security and reputation. They also support us with BIMI certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to add. They are good, and at the moment I can’t think of anything else to say.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a "set it an forget it" service for me. When I get thorny email issue/questions about delivery or boucnes, etc. I have a team at the ready who can help me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trusting a service provider knows what their doing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have email delivery questions, from using multiple SaaS tools, PowerDMARC can help me before/during/after the configurations to make sure our messages will make it to inboxes as best they can.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution allows for an overview and management of all configurations in one place, while offering the possibility to assign very fine access rights to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, nothing to complain about, the support is very responsive and competent in handling our questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC allowed us to improve the deliverability of our emails to our clients, making our sends more reliable and better received.

Optimal Email Security with Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PowerDMARC is easy to manage and comprehensive. The support team is very responsive, especially Muqthar, who helps in building DMARC policies from scratch, reviewing DNS setups, troubleshooting issues, and efficiently explaining everything. The initial setup was easy and interesting, thanks to his assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have live chat. Providing live chat will help in getting support more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC increased my email security and ensured email authentication across multiple systems, aligning us with DMARC standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part is not the software but the support from their Teams. We have worked with multiple members of their support for both product support as well as implementation specialist. Everyone has always been very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication from everyone has been amazing for the best experience. Camilo Suarez, our implementation specialist has been by far the best to work with as we work toward enforcing DMARC. The product itself is very easy to use and have not had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not run anything that would be considered a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC solves to problems. First, is PowerSPF, which truncates our SPF record from being too many lookups to being well under the amount. Second, PowerDMARC has allowed us to move toward enforcing DMARC using their reporting/metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about PowerDMARC is how user-friendly it is. The way the data is displayed makes it easy to analyze, which I find very helpful. I also like that I can manage and update policies directly from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't used it enough to find anything I dislike. So far, I'm enjoying the product. I do want to highlight how helpful their service has been. I can reach out to them at any time, and they always respond and explain things clearly. Everyone I've interacted with has been knowledgeable and has taken the time to explain things to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is helping me monitor my exchange traffic more effectively, allowing me to make better decisions and address both problems and security issues more efficiently.

Perfect Japanese Language Support Makes Security Management Easy

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PowerDMARC is its full support for the Japanese language. For Japanese users, navigating complex security settings can be challenging, so having the interface in Japanese is a huge advantage. It makes the platform much more accessible and easier to manage compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that they don't have a physical sales office or a local branch in Japan. While the tool itself is great, not having a local team makes me slightly anxious about getting immediate support or face-to-face assistance if a critical issue arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC solves the complexity of managing multiple email security protocols. It’s not just about moving to a "p=reject" policy; it provides a comprehensive solution by hosting SPF and DMARC as well. This integration allows us to manage everything in one place, significantly reducing the risk of configuration errors and simplifying our DNS management.
