Easy onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
The specialist support during the onboarding process was amazing. His knowledge and expertise on the product made the process easier. In a couple of minutes and some clicks we were able to setup the basic configuration. During his follow-up calls to review the status of the startup he was able to address some questions we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't experienced any issues with the implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We expect to have consistent email delivery and security for our organization and our customers as well.

Intuitive and easy portal, very easy to setup and good graphics

Reporting / Alerts seems not to be included in the basic package.

Email security, Setting up DKIM and SPF.
PowerDMARC does a very decent job with the DMARC part of email security. And do have several very nice features, such as PowerSPF and more - but some of these need Premium packages.

Great platform for management of email security records
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and single pane of glass for all clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has gone down on a couple occasions causing email problems across the board. While this is rare, it is disruptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managment of all my clients mail records, we are an MSP.
I like the product and the service.
What do you like best about the product?
The scorecard is really helpful, both for prospects and for current clients to see how things look for their sites. It has really helped show value and how we're improving receivability of their emails. Also, setting things up is really pretty easy, and you can show value right away. Oh, and their support has been pretty good as well, the few times I've needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I really wish they would change is their reliance on BIMI as part of their scoring system. At least I'd like the ability to turn it off as part of the score. It's a pretty obscure service that almost no one uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, the product makes it very easy to see problem areas that most people don't even know about. That opens an opportunity to discuss the issues with customers.
Second, it helps a lot with SPF errors, in particular, by making it easy to do "SPF Folding," which is often needed for customers who need more SPF includes than are otherwise technically allowed.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to setup additional security and they have a lot of content to explain how things work and how to used it in the best way
What do you dislike about the product?
The product doesn't have third party security solution integration, all need to be done by API

By using DMARC, it ensures our real emails get to the right folks without getting marked as spam, and gives us real-time reports and insights on who's sending emails on our behalf, so we can spot and block any bad actors. This boosts our cybersecurity game and follows industry best practices, making our email communications more trustworthy and protecting both our team and our partners from cyber threats.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with compliance, security and email deliverability for years... I hadn't found a tool that offered me everything in one place: until I found PowerDMARC.
It allows me to tune and manage my domain registrations, gives me all the information to know the health/security and I have reports at hand to check that everything is going well.

I like everything, everything, everything. But having soooooo many options can scare off more than one new customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage the compliance of my clients' domains and obtain valuable information in case something needs to be reviewed and fixed.

Help for the email blackbox
What do you like best about the product?
My account engineer, Darpan Kalita is knowlegable and patient helping me gain a limited understanding of the intricacies of email deliverability. In about one month Darpan has adjusted our email settings to improve scores for our SPf, DKIM, DMARC, etc.

There is nothing we dislike about PowerDMARC
