What do you like best about the product?
I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing support we got from PowerDMARC, especially Qassim, Zainab, and Aldrin, during our time working with Al Faris Group.
Right from the start, they really understood what we needed and made the whole process super smooth - from our first chats and getting quotes to planning and putting the solution in place. Their professionalism, quick responses, and dedication to delivering exactly what we needed made a huge difference in the success of this project.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using DMARC, it ensures our real emails get to the right folks without getting marked as spam, and gives us real-time reports and insights on who's sending emails on our behalf, so we can spot and block any bad actors. This boosts our cybersecurity game and follows industry best practices, making our email communications more trustworthy and protecting both our team and our partners from cyber threats.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with compliance, security and email deliverability for years... I hadn't found a tool that offered me everything in one place: until I found PowerDMARC.
It allows me to tune and manage my domain registrations, gives me all the information to know the health/security and I have reports at hand to check that everything is going well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything, everything, everything. But having soooooo many options can scare off more than one new customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage the compliance of my clients' domains and obtain valuable information in case something needs to be reviewed and fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
My account engineer, Darpan Kalita is knowlegable and patient helping me gain a limited understanding of the intricacies of email deliverability. In about one month Darpan has adjusted our email settings to improve scores for our SPf, DKIM, DMARC, etc.

There is nothing we dislike about PowerDMARC

Great Product and MSSP Program
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC helps to enhance our clients' email security. It provides with detailed reporting and it is very easy to use and implement. I like the HostedServices they provide. Their team is also quite helpful. I have had a chance to talk to Irina many times and I was amazed how quickly she handles everything and replies to my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the product, everything works as we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps to solve email spoofing and phishing for our clients. They have a nice partner program and I like the multi-tenancy approach.

PowerDMARC does a great job of showing the complicated Aggregate reports in a user-friendly way. Our team utilizes this for any partner looking to go through the DMARC enablement process and it is relied on heavily for accurracy and technical review.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is easy to navigate once you're used to it, but a more concise navigation would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you've ever seen the raw aggregate reports, you'll know how valuable a product like PowerDMARC can be.
Solid service with no issues
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC has made it easy to setup required email DNS records and maintain them. It is nice to be able to see the reports and verify the domain is setup correctly and operating as it should. The service has always been consistent and support has always been prompt, when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about PowerDMARC, but there is little querks that can be annoying in the interface. When you click on a link, it may not take you to the page with the domain selected, you just have to select the domain again. So, things work, they are just little querks that can be annoying at times. Over all, the interface is pretty easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host email for companies and we make sure their domains are setup correctly and that their email gets were it's suppose to. We use PowerDMARC for all our hosted domains and it is included in the service we offer, as it makes are life easier and we can make simple adjustments on the fly. We use the hosted BIMI feature, as well and that has worked great!
Great Product to increase revenue
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best options in PowerDMARC is the power tools, at your fingertips, you can run the tools on a domain and get an overall picture of the health of the domain.

not much this is a very useful product in our stack

We can catch mail flow issues with our clients and can use in prospecting for new clients
