Professional and reliable DMARC solution
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC is an exceptionally intuitive platform that is easy to manage, and I appreciate having access to support whenever I need it. The platform's features allow us to fully automate our email delivery setup, which is essential for us as an MSP.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. The system works as expected and delivers on its promises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC addresses the crucial problem of email spoofing and phishing by offering strong DMARC enforcement and monitoring. This protection helps safeguard our clients' domains from unauthorized use, preserving their reputation and the trust of their customers. The platform's detailed reporting and analysis features allow us to quickly spot potential threats and respond proactively. As a result, our business benefits from improved security, a lower risk of financial loss, and increased confidence among our clients regarding their email communications.
Simple powerful tool for email security
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and implement for our customers. The fact that each feature is well documented and explained when doing a domain assesment for a client is a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for MSPs is higher than I would like, if the cost was lower it would be easier to get all our clients onto this. If a client has multiple domains they use for email it does become expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email security, both for spoofing and for email encryption with TLS.
Painless migration to hosted DMARK, DKIM, & SPF.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is about as intuitive and as useful as one can be for this type of service. So far I am very pleased with the platform and the technical support. It is also wonderful that so many hosted features are available in 1 platform, and our migration to PowerDMARC was extremely smooth, quick, and without error.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any major downsides so far with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC eliminates the SPF lookup limit on our domains with the hosted SPF, we only need to publish 1 SPF record to our DNS. They are also keeping us DMARC compliant with our emails with the hosted DMARC, DKIM, and SPF services.

I really enjoyed working with Garine, she has been super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We always want support to be faster, but honestly the product doesn't really warrant that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized platform to manage DMARC, DKIM, SPF, etc... across many clients and PowerDMARC checked all the boxes. They also offer an API which is great for automation. There are a few UI usability issues here and there, for example domains don't auto-populate by default for clients with a single domain, but these are more quality of life improvements. The functionality itself is rock solid.
PowerDMARC makes email configuration easy
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC allows us to provide a whole other level of SPF/DKIM/DMARC management and security for our clients, increasing the value our clients receive from choosing us. There are helpful descriptions and everything is laid out intuitively so it doesn't take long to learn how to use it. They also have a reasonable MSP program which makes it cost-effective. Support is responsive and helpful. I especially like that it gives us the ability to manage the client's SPF/DMARC/DKIM without having to relay the changes to the client's hosting provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be slow at times, not painfully so but there is a short but noticeable wait between clicks. Minor issue. Some of the "wizards" could be a little more clear. Once you go through the process a couple of times it is easy but there is some confusion the first time or two that could be cleared up by a few tweaks to the UX/flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to manage SPF/DKIM/DMARC, providing greater security and improving our clients' email deliverability.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service and support team. Most of my questions are answered within same day.

None, so far. I haven't used the service long enough to find cons.

We use the service for our customers' DMARC report analysis tool, providing consulting service by using the tool.
