The platform is very intuitive and the service is excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
Complete, intuitive platform and each section has subsections that clarify acronyms and/or functionality. The customer service is nothing short of excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up was given to the implementation, now we can start with legitimate monitoring.

Easy to set up, good guides at their portal.

Setting up DNS records for many domains can be time-consuming, especially when managing a large number of clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up DMARC, DKIM and SPF.
Excellent setup support and expertise
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really clean and easy to use an implement. From the support side I must say, that it is excellent. We had two 45 minutes sessions where everything was setup and questions answered. Five stars.

There is nothing I dislike about the platform, service, features.

Makes life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy PowerDMARC makes setting up DMARC, SPF, and DKIM. It takes a process that could feel complicated and simplifies it. The real-time alerts are incredibly helpful because they give us quick updates when something is not right. The reports are clear and easy to understand, making it simple to catch and block threats fast. I also appreciate the extra security with two-factor authentication and the way it handles multiple domains all in one place. Their support team has been great too, always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I do not have any issues with PowerDMARC. The platform works well for our needs, and everything has run smoothly so far. If anything changes, I will update my review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is making it easy to configure DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, saving us from the usual headaches of setting everything up manually. It also simplifies the process of understanding complex email logs, which used to be a challenge. Now we can quickly interpret reports and take action when something needs attention. The platform gives us peace of mind by ensuring our email domain is protected from phishing and spoofing, helping us maintain trust with our clients.

Gave us the ability to view and modify all email authentication protocols in one portal, made easier with the help of the technical team helping with all aspects of implementation and being available whenever needed

Don't really have anything to dislike about PowerDMARC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a way to reject spoofing attempts using our domain, gave us a clear way to see where issues were and how they could be solved all from one portal for ease of use
Really simple but powerful tool for configuring, managing and monitoring domain security
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view and manage all your email authentication and security protocols in one place is amazing, it's easy to deploy, easy to manage and provides all the information in one place. We have a number of customers with multiple domains and managing them from one portal, means we can more proactively and regularly check for issues relating to email delivery.
The support team and presales team were super helpful and responsive, meaning we had all our answers within a day or two.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the guides look like they may need updating as they don't 100% reflect the current version of the portal however this is likely due to the pace of update. Some of the buttons could be more clearly explained or supported by documentation too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage a vast number of customers in a single portal whereas previously we would have had to manage and monitor these from various portals across Google/Microsoft. It also gives us SPF flattening which is something many of our customers needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I have to say how impressed I am with their partner solution. Not only does PowerDMARC platform just works and is very simple to setup, but Managing clients as an mssp has very rarely been so simple and straightforward. Onboarding was super fast and easy, and great support all the way. MSSP API is also a really neat feature. This solution makes us competitive in the dmarc/spf management market.

I can't really think of anything as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our customers an easy and straightforward - self managed way of implementing dmarc right.

What do you like best about the product?
Camilo was of great help! He explained to us very well step by step what we needed to implement. He helped us understand the reason for the DMARC implementations.

Nothing, we are very satisfied.
