What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly software, I think it's a good tool, I recommend it and the support is always the best.

What do you like best about the product?
As their name suggests, they provide the tools and resources to indeed "Power" the implementation and management of our client's DMARC (and more) email setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model can be confusing with so many features, and the costs can escalate quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A multi-tenanted platform not only helps set up DMARC and receive the reports... but also continuous monitoring to ensure my client's stay in compliance.

Great partner and great branding options

What do you like best about the product?
What really got me excited was the branding options. But pricing has been fantastic compared to other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far not much. We've only been using it for 3 or 4 months, but love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage SPF, DMARC and DKIM.

What do you like best about the product?
weekly reports review and tech support and suggestions. Muqthar Jawad from tech support is really helpful, he made us configure everything perfectly by suggestions and helping out arranging weekly tech sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is fine but interface can be made more user friendly

we are using Bimi and dmarc mainly, bimi puts verified blue tick and logo on all our emails which certifies that sender is authentic. and dmarc is protecting our emails

What do you like best about the product?
The support at PowerDMARC really know their stuff, easy to roll out, lots if built-in tools, great that it provides a single pane of glass for managing spf/DKIM/DMARC across our multiple clients

no downsides I can think of at this time

Fantastic Product

What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC was recommended to me by a colleague at another company who was facing similar struggles with email spoofing. I had already set up DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, but we were still receiving weekly complaints about spoofed emails getting through. After working with PowerDMARC, I haven't received a single complaint that I couldn't explain. The PowerDMARC team regularly follows up with me regarding what they are seeing and to ensure everything is running smoothly. I can't recommend this product enough.
The management portal is very intuitive an easy to use. Getting everything set up was a breeze (do need to have access to your DNS).
Swapnil and the team at PowerDMARC are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I dislike about PowerDMARC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email spoofing. I already put all the precautions I knew about (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) but we still had issues. PowerDMARC does it way better than me.

Made the complex easy to understand and manage - Our emails no longer get caught in SPAM folders

What do you like best about the product?
With DMARC being a critical element for deliverability, businesses of ALL sizes need to learn about and implement a DMARC policy on their domains. I came into this not knowing anything about how it all works, but I found that the steps were laid out clearly and I was able to go from no policy, through the phases of collecting reports with an unenforced policy, through quarantine and eventually the strict "deny" policy. Our deliverability has shot WAY up since putting this all in place. Once we had our initial "none" policy in place for about ten days, I set-up the free call with PowerDMARC support to review the reports and metrics that had come in. With those learnings we were able to progress to a full strict policy in less than two weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found any downsides. Some of the dashboards still don't make total sense to me, but DMARC support is available and the documentation, videos and tutorials are outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our concern was that too many of our emails were ending up on our customers' SPAM folders rather than their inboxes. In doing research and evaluating PowerDMARC and several competing tools, we found PowerDMARC to be easy to use, powerful, and very impactful in getting us to DMARC compliance quickly. Our last step as a trademarked commercial brand is to implement BIMI, and that looks like it will be as easy as what we've done so far.

Email Compliance for MSP's and MSSP's

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive Email Compliance platform which scales well. This allows either a Service Provider or an SME to centrally review and manage their domain foot print and steady improve their Domain hygiene. A simple scoring system provides an effective way to convey the improvements and status to non technical stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the enterprise features are appealing but force a tranistion to higher cost plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrally managing hundreds of internal and customer domains. This has allowed up to effectively uplift security and centrally monitor for ongoing compliance.

Good way to add DMARC for my customers

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful staff when setting up and good value for the MSP option.
Tried with my own domain and a customers. Liked how it worked and upgraded to a MSP plan that made each domain a lot cheaper
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. Maybe more info on the main screen after you log in, so I dont have to log into each customers account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with Google and Yahoo mail. Also means I can keep an eye out for any untrusted email sources
