Made the complex easy to understand and manage - Our emails no longer get caught in SPAM folders

What do you like best about the product?
With DMARC being a critical element for deliverability, businesses of ALL sizes need to learn about and implement a DMARC policy on their domains. I came into this not knowing anything about how it all works, but I found that the steps were laid out clearly and I was able to go from no policy, through the phases of collecting reports with an unenforced policy, through quarantine and eventually the strict "deny" policy. Our deliverability has shot WAY up since putting this all in place. Once we had our initial "none" policy in place for about ten days, I set-up the free call with PowerDMARC support to review the reports and metrics that had come in. With those learnings we were able to progress to a full strict policy in less than two weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found any downsides. Some of the dashboards still don't make total sense to me, but DMARC support is available and the documentation, videos and tutorials are outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our concern was that too many of our emails were ending up on our customers' SPAM folders rather than their inboxes. In doing research and evaluating PowerDMARC and several competing tools, we found PowerDMARC to be easy to use, powerful, and very impactful in getting us to DMARC compliance quickly. Our last step as a trademarked commercial brand is to implement BIMI, and that looks like it will be as easy as what we've done so far.

Email Compliance for MSP's and MSSP's

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive Email Compliance platform which scales well. This allows either a Service Provider or an SME to centrally review and manage their domain foot print and steady improve their Domain hygiene. A simple scoring system provides an effective way to convey the improvements and status to non technical stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the enterprise features are appealing but force a tranistion to higher cost plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrally managing hundreds of internal and customer domains. This has allowed up to effectively uplift security and centrally monitor for ongoing compliance.

Good way to add DMARC for my customers

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful staff when setting up and good value for the MSP option.
Tried with my own domain and a customers. Liked how it worked and upgraded to a MSP plan that made each domain a lot cheaper
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind. Maybe more info on the main screen after you log in, so I dont have to log into each customers account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with Google and Yahoo mail. Also means I can keep an eye out for any untrusted email sources

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to implement the solution, that the PowerDMARC team is always available to clarify your doubts and support you in the implementation.

Nothing, so far it seems to me an excellent solution.

It helps us authenticate our email and prevent spoofing and phishing.

What do you like best about the product?
For any MSP who is serious about their customers email security and compliance, making use of DMARC is essential. This platform is ahead of the curve in giving a solid, sensible and well thought out suite of tools so cover reporting, hosted SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS and BIMI in a single pane of glass. Very impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing not to like. It works, it's straight forward for any mail admin or sec op and it does everything on a single platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collating global DMARC reports into an easy to read and tangible way so you can implement, test and strengthen your protection and be alerted of phishing threats.

What do you like best about the product?
It has all needed functionals and many additional features and tools.

I didn't faced any issues with the solution until now, so I can't say any negative feedback.

Email spoofing, it blocks all unauthentic emails based on sending source.

What do you like best about the product?
The PowerDMARC portal is easy enough to navigate. Much of the information needed can be found on the "dashboard." where the service is exemplary is the staff. My company has tested other DMARC service providers prior to PowerDMARC, but only PowerDMARC actually scheduled a call with me months into the service to make sure all is well. The call consisted of the Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Support and an Engineer. It was a follow up call 6 months into the service. It was not a sales call. They genuinely wanted to make sure my company was utilizing the full extent of PowerDMARC to improve our DMARC score and our internet reputation. A service that is REALLY looking out for the best interest of their customer, Amazing! Thank you for all the staff that joined the call to help out my company.

There is a LOT of information in the PowerDMARC portal. it takes some time to understand it all

What do you like best about the product?
Very effective, good UI and 100% usability (reliability)

There are nothing to complain - can fullfil all of the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email/domain reputation and reliability problems. Mostly thanks to Google (Feb 2024 changes), it's not quaranteed that your email goes thru the receiver's spam filtering. Today you need to focus on DNS related domain reputation things, like DMARC, DKIM, SPF etc.
