Great product and great team
What do you like best about the product?
They not only provide the software, but do consultation. Just in a couple of days we achieved A+ domain rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
PowerDmarc is a great tool. UI can be enhanced over the time, but functionally it is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved our domain DMARC issues in a week
Email Security Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and fantastic visual layout makes handling DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and troubleshooting alerts increadibly easy. Implementation is very quick and explained very well for novice users. Support has been fairly helpful, a few times they've just blindly sent KB's but if you request further explaination they are willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no complaints! PowerDMARC has made managing DMARC, DKIM, and SPF very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an easy to navigate way of handling alerts, keeping track of what is and isn't in SPF and DKIM records. The domain health helps explain to customers how we can improve their security.

There's really nothing to dislike about it.

What stands out most about PowerDMARC for me is its dual strengths in comprehensive security and simplicity of setup. The ease of setup is particularly impressive; it's designed to be straightforward, allowing us to get up and running quickly without the need for extensive Tier 3 tehcs. This combination of powerful protection and user-friendly implementation means we can enhance our email defenses efficiently, making it an invaluable asset for our security strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I genuinely have no dislikes about PowerDMARC. My experience with the platform has been overwhelmingly positive, from the ease of setup to the effectiveness of its email security capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of PowerDMARC become even more pronounced when considering its solutions for multi-tenant administration and API automation. For a Managed Service Provider (MSP) like ours, the multi-tenant feature is a game-changer. It allows us to manage and monitor the email authentication statuses of all our clients from a single dashboard, streamlining operations and enhancing our service delivery. This centralized approach not only makes management more efficient but also improves our ability to rapidly respond to threats across multiple domains we oversee.
PowerDMARC's API automation capabilities further enhance our operational efficiency. By integrating PowerDMARC's functionalities with our existing systems and workflows, we can automate many of the tasks related to setting up and managing email authentication. This includes automatically updating SPF records, generating DKIM keys, and adjusting DMARC policies based on the evolving threat landscape or client needs. The API's flexibility ensures that we can tailor our cybersecurity offerings to each client's specific requirements, providing a more personalized and effective service.

Best DMARC & SPF platform for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
As an MSP, before using PowerDMARC we would have to manually check and configure all our clients to ensure that everything was correctly and securely set up. Although we did this, it was more prone to errors and was difficult to monitor.
Since implementing PowerDMARC for all of our clients, it's created a much easier process for both on-boarding, monitoring and making changes, even if we aren't in control of the DNS services.
The customer support has been fast and efficient with a personal feel to the service.
From a pricing perspective, we have found PowerDMARC to be very competitive when comparing to other solutions in the marrket.

What do you dislike about the product?
A feature I believe is missing which would be fantastic for MSPs would be a feature to upload a prospecting list of domains where you can get a score for each. This would allow us to use PowerDMARC to help target marketing prospects as well as providing a service to existing clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified management of clients DMARC, DKIM and SPF records in a centralised dashboard which makes it easy for our technical team to deploy these critical settings.
Good software and fast responses
What do you like best about the product?
We have good software for our email monitoring with PowerDMARC. What I would like to mention in particular is the speed of responding to questions/requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
A consolidation of the costs/licenses is not visible in the portal.

What do you dislike about the product?
There haven't been any noteworthy negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC has really helped us tighten up email security for our clients. It's user-friendly, so we didn't have to jump through hoops to get everything set up. Now, we're better at keeping phishing attempts at bay, which has significantly improved our ability to protect our clients' email communications and compliance issues.
Enhancing Email Security with PowerDMARC
What do you like best about the product?
It greatly simplifies the process of protecting my domain against identity theft and phishing attacks. Additionally, the detailed and comprehensible reports allow me to stay informed about the health of my emails and take corrective actions proactively. PowerDMARC's ability to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities before they become real issues is impressive and provides great peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
While my experience with PowerDMARC has been largely positive, there is one aspect that could be improved: add graphs to the forensic analysis pages of the DMARC reports.

Solid product, good value, good support
What do you like best about the product?
Very competitively priced compared with other DMARC analysis tools. Overall, the interface is easy to understand and navigate. We haven't experienced any service disruptions. The process for using PowerDMARC as an MSP is simple and they provide a full white label option. PowerDMARC has been very helpful with sales and support questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a bit cluttered and not as polished as some other DMARC tools. It would be helpful if there was a price calculator for MSPs to assist with customer quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps us aggregate DMARC reports for our clients and move toward more restrictive DMARC policies.

The ability to host SPF allows us to work around the built-in DNS limitation of 10-lookups. Hosting our DMARC reports is valuable because DMARC reports are not simple and requires a tool if we want to make our lives easier. Hosted DKIM is also a promising new feature that we intend to leverage soon. The last feature that is very interesting is PowerMTA-STS, being able to host our policy is something that all admins should appreciate.

Support: Very responsive and very knowledgeable team.

For the investment, there is nothing I can think of that is negative. We get very good return on our invenstment with PowerDMARC.

Without PowerSPF, we have a DNS limitation of 10 lookups, with PowerSPF, we can have as many lookups as we need.
DMARC reports are not easy to read, with PowerDMARC, everything is at our finger tips.
