Outstanding Experience – Support at Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of implementation and the excellent customer support. In particular, I’d like to highlight that Ayan Bhuiya has always been very supportive and responsive whenever assistance was needed. Additionally, the monthly reports are extremely helpful in tracking progress and maintaining visibility, which adds great value to the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nope, I don’t have any dislikes about PowerDMARC. The solution has been smooth, reliable, and efficient in meeting our needs, and the support team has consistently addressed queries quickly, leaving no room for negative feedback or concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is helping us strengthen our email security by enforcing DMARC, DKIM, and SPF effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Perhaps the best tool for configuring the safety parameters relating to the email of your domain.
It allows you to simply manage all the safety parameters of domain emails.
Integration is very simple for less experienced users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoid safety and reputation problems for my e-mails.
It helps me to control the correct configuration of SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Easy and streamlined service
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up PowerDMARC was a breeze because their team helped support the entire process -- while it has a handful of features, my account representative Darpan made it easy to integrate their solution and set everything up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues with PowerDMARC yet!

PowerDMARC is helping me secure my business domain and online presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it's very easy to get an overview of the status of our domains and the services.

Sometimes it takes time to update, or it doesn't show errors in the portal.

Primarily it's for implementing DMARC and DKIM.
Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The white glove service and knowledge of the onboarding technician Camilo Suarez is superb. The product is very straight forward and makes it much less of a burden to onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of, everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I originally was using the product specifically for SPF Flattening, but discovered all the other benefits of the product once I started working with Camilo Suarez on the initial implimentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Easy to configure, detailed report, high visibility

PowerDMARC SPF softfail is enabled. Hard Fail support must be enabled

E Mail domain spoofing problem is resolved using Power DMARC
Great onboarding experiance, with very helpful engineers
What do you like best about the product?
The engineer who onboarded us was extremely helpful, pointed out any issues and explained everything clearly. Their portal is easy to navigate, and features like powerspf simplify dns records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had to request owner migration from them directly as was unable to do it in the portal.

The best security product out there. Everyone should be using this!
What do you like best about the product?
Best tool to configure and maintain domain security. Easy to manage all customers and their domains. Domain setup is extremely easy through the guided setup.
Great and informative alerts. We use this for every single client and has been part of our onboarding process.
Product support has been fantastic since onboarding. Customer support is always ready to answer your questions and assist with any and all questions.
We can't ask for a better partner. One of the best products out there for MSPs and the best support team!

They have fulfilled everything promised and continues to implement improvements to the platform. Nothing to complain!

This product allows us to manage all our customers' domains and make sure their emails are compliant with high security score.

Did not find any as of yet. Thank you very much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had spoofing issue , we were getting several out of office replies from people not in our address book. Found PoerDMARC and they assisted to set things up and no more spoofs.

The functionality of the tool and the detail in the reports, in addition to the experience of my advisor, indicating step by step how each element should be configured and what it is used for,

After getting to know the tool during the 15-day trial and now licensed, up to this moment I have no observations.
