Excellent Support and Hosted Features
What do you like best about the product?
I submitted a ticket, and in 10 minutes Juan dropped on a quick call to explain me how the portal works.
The hosted features are amazing, because you don´t have to login to your DNS to make changes. Also, MailAuth Analyzer made it so easy to read headers.
Excellent platform and employees. Using this software for a security project as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything´s great, data can be a little bit hard to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making DNS changes much easier using hosted services, and increasing security using tools for DMARC, SPF, and DKIM
Incredibly good service, and excellent support turn around.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation and setup of multiple customers, along with additional troubleshooting tools that are useable outside of the normal PowerDMARC environment. Easy to view and understand metrics for data regarding multiple customers.
Support turnaround was exceptionally fast, and they were able to resolve my issue in less than 30 minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to encounter anything that warrants dislike of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email delivery service and troubleshooting. Using PowerDMARC's services has greatly assisted both myself and the other users in my company with solving email related issues for multiple clients.

What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC provides an intuitive platform that makes implementing and managing DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and other email authentication protocols very straightforward. The real-time insights and detailed reports help us monitor email traffic effectively and ensure our domain is protected from spoofing. Their support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, which adds significant value to the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is comprehensive, the initial setup can feel a bit technical for users without a background in email security. However, the documentation and support team do a good job helping with the onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is helping us combat domain spoofing and phishing attempts by enforcing strong email authentication protocols like DMARC, SPF, and DKIM. Before using it, we had limited visibility into how our domain was being used—or misused—by unauthorized senders. Now, we have full control and insight into our email ecosystem, which has greatly improved our brand's email deliverability, trust, and security posture.

What do you like best about the product?
Can't fault the support and knowledge of everyone I worked with. They go well beyond what you would expect from the standard out there. Excellent product and very intuitive portal. It was easy to get my head around things.

Nothing really. Excellent and simple all round

PowerDMARC made it easy to manage DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and more in one place. The platform is simple to use, and the support team is responsive and helpful. Great tool for improving email security.

The customer support is fantastic, Hridi knew what was needed to make sure our questions were answered.

What do you dislike about the product?
System is charged in US Dollars, would prefer local currency.
Until you get till certain size of usage you need to pay through credit/debit card.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DMARC analysis if ou want to do it properly requires a platform that can ingest the data and turn it into a readable format read to review and adjust your systems. PowerDMARC provides this and also allows me to review data over a good period to ensure the changes we are making are fully considered.
Any easy solutional for DMARC and monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing I like is the large number of training videos and KB articles. It made it east to setup and configure. I how you can dig down and see where you are having issues. It was easy to schedule more time with the implementation team to walk us through the process. I also like that you can intergrate you own identity provider and whitelable the entire platorm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The max you can schedule with the implmentaiton team is 30min at a time through the calendar link. It would be nice to not start and stop a few times. I also don't like that pricing is online and the client can go directly to then to purchase the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevent spoofing for my clients and have a place to monitor things easily.
