Comprehensive dmarc report tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hosted Services feature are the best, Ramping up the dmarc policies is easier this way. I also like they provide the MTA-STS option, available as a hosted service too. Customer service has been very helpful so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have been a bit more MSP friendly, while compliance is visible for all clients at a glance, managing a one still needs impersonating a client account

Truly Excellent Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
In the couple of months our company has interfaced with PowerDMARC, two things have become clear:
1) We should have done this ages ago
2) Customer experiences should all be as exceptional as this. Jagpreet, Swapnil, Hridi, and the rest of the team has been effecient, responsive, and effective.
The platform is easy to use and was a breeze to get started. I log in multiple times a day. There is a myriad of features, and those features integrate well into our current business.

2) Customer experiences should all be as exceptional as this. Jagpreet, Swapnil, Hridi, and the rest of the team has been effecient, responsive, and effective.

I don't have a bad thing to say about this business.

Combatting spam, gaining visibility into email traffic, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC allows us to easily manage our client's hosted mail protocols and ensure their security. It also helps us stand out above the competition in our local market as the authority in cybersecurity!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they didn't reach out to me sooner. I could have been helping clients protect their domains, email & reputation much longer but we only just met. lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC solves many problems. Mainly, they help us ensure nobody can spoof/impersonate our clients domain/email which is huge in protecting them not only from potential hacking attempts or reputation issues but also ensuring mail delivery is increased.
All in one Domain Health Checker
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love PowerDMARC's Domain Health Checker! It's a powerful tool that has transformed the way I manage my email security. It provided a complete view of my email authentication protocol health check status. This feature alone has saved me countless hours of troubleshooting and monitoring my email domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing to dislike about PowerDMARC. The user interface is intuitive for beginners, once you get the hang of it it becomes a breeze to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is a lifesaver when it comes to solving email encryptions. With their domain health checker tool and other analysis and reporting features, I can easily identify and address domain errors and issues with just a few clicks. It's like having a personal email security expert at my fingertips. The comprehensive to-do list of recommended actions is pure gold – it ensures that I never miss a critical step in securing my email domains.
This not only protects my organization's reputation but also ensures that our emails reach their intended recipients without any hiccups.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had excellent communication despite the language differences, they have been super friendly and have always been attentive to our queries.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The checker doesn't work on the main site, just that.
Extensively searched for a high value DMARC platform and found it!
What do you like best about the product?
There's not one thing I like about the PowerDMARC platform, they have an easy to use and understand layout with what I'd call full features allowing for hosted DMARC control, SPF flattening, being able to easily expand the SPF includes to inspect the specifics of the record and even full support for MTA-STS and TLS-RPT! Oh, and hosted DKIM as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I've found anything I dislike about the platform. I have made some various small recommendations to the PowerDMARC team regarding some various improvements of which they were very receptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of sending sources, alignment with SPF/DKIM and ease of management around SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
Stunning features at a very competitive price
What do you like best about the product?
It is a product that is as simple or complex as you want to make it. You can achieve lots without having to learn lots. We got it primarily to solve our issue with SPF. We had too many lookups, and PowerDMARC allowed us to get back in line. It was a straightforward process, but PowerDMARC are always available to help if needed.
The power that is available to allow you to secure and protect your email is vast. You also have access to excellent reporting to allow investigations into domain spoofing.
As far as email security and reporting go, if you think you need it, there is a very good chance that it is in here.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can get very complex when you start to dig into the detail. That isn't a bad thing, it just means you need to up your knowledge level or leave some parts to the experts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason we took this product was to solve our SPF record issues. PowerDMARC allowed us to do this within a few minutes of receiving access to the portal.
Good product to analyze DMARC report and more security feature

PowerDMARC solve the Business Email Compromise problem and give a perfect visibility of what happened with your email domain on internet.
Most suitable for DMARC report analysis
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC supports Japanese, and its rich features can be a top choice for Japanese companies needing help choosing a DMARC report analysis tool. DMARC reports can be broken down into layers for review, making it easy to see at a glance what should be prioritized for improvement. DMARC forensics can be encrypted, protecting customer privacy. Alert settings can also be configured, allowing for rapid response to unexpected issues. Additionally, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC can be managed without errors on the screen, saving the hassle of repeatedly modifying DNS. It is a beautiful tool with new features being introduced almost every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the trial, it's difficult to tell which features are exclusive to the Enterprise version (e.g., threat intelligence is not marked as an Enterprise-only feature). If this is visually clarified, customers should be able to consider a plan that best fits their needs more readily. Also, in the reports for each result, some emails are counted more than once due to duplication. If this can be avoided, it would be possible to get more accurate figures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC lets you get an overview of the current email delivery status by aggregating and visualizing DMARC reports. You can also investigate senders and organizations with many delivery attempts that have failed authentication, eliminating the need to know where to start. Since the person in charge can find the areas that need attention without much effort, it is possible to proceed with the work efficiently.

Nice interface which is easy to use. Scoring system is great to understand how good shape you are in. Jubin has been very helpful throughout onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding problem emails if they are blips or issues, but this is the nature of email.
