What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is how effortlessly it allows the grouping and management of dozens of domains through a single user-friendly web interface. The platform is very straightforward and intuitive. But what really makes a difference to me is the team behind it, very helpful and committed to providing excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can honestly say there's nothing I dislike or find inconvenient.

We rely on PowerDMARC to configure, monitor, and maintain DMARC records for our clients. It’s our go-to solution for all DMARC-related tasks, and it plays a critical role in helping us ensure email security and deliverability.

I am an individual user. I can't believe that so many useful and convenient features are available for free!

I don't see anything wrong with it, because it's free!

It automatically solves and guides you through all the settings you had to analyze manually.

PowerDMARC provides a seamless and highly intuitive platform for managing DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and BIMI records. The dashboard is user-friendly, packed with clear visualizations and actionable insights. What truly sets PowerDMARC apart is their exceptional support team—fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, even with complex DNS issues. Their real-time alerts and forensic reports have helped us strengthen our email security posture significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the platform has so many features, it can feel overwhelming at first—but their support and documentation make the learning curve manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PowerDMARC to monitor and enforce DMARC policies across all our domains. The platform helps us prevent email spoofing, improve domain reputation, and ensure our emails are properly authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and BIMI. It’s also a key tool for gaining visibility into third-party senders and stopping phishing attempts before they reach our users.

Excellent Onboarding Experience with PowerDMARC
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience with PowerDMARC has been one of the best I have had when bringing on a new solution. Jubin was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He scheduled three separate web sessions to walk me through the configuration step by step, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was set up correctly. It made what could have been a complicated rollout feel easy and manageable. I am very happy with the platform and the support, and I highly recommend working with PowerDMARC if you are looking for a reliable DMARC solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t run into any issues. Everything has worked as expected, and the support has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is helping us gain full visibility and control over email authentication across our domains. It's addressing issues around spoofing and phishing by making sure DMARC, SPF, and DKIM are all properly configured and monitored. The platform gives us peace of mind knowing that our email domain is protected and our deliverability is improved. It's a key part of strengthening our overall security posture.

Ease of system/portal design. The entire team provided amazing service with timely and appropriate responses as assistance was needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything not to like...very easy to use with solid support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management of DMARC management.
Tons of features
What do you like best about the product?
They can host SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, and MTA-STS so you don't have to keep modifying the DNS of your email sending domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty I've run into is when trying to identify specific emails from the DMARC reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all of our email sending domains into a DMARC enforcement mode.
