Exactly what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and straight forward to configure, we were literally up and running in 5 minutes.
Intuitive and well organized; easy to find what you're looking for with no need of the help material.
Had to check what can SPF automation could do for us, and with their help material I got a grasp of it in literally 2 minutes, so their help material is to-the-point !
After the first dmarc reports came in, the aggregate reports (e.g. "Per host") helped us make sense of unaligned records in a way even easier than I had anticipated :
- we easily and instantly saw our different "cases", ie forwarded emails with failed SPF but successful DKIM and DMARC (therefore OK) and regular emails with 100% aligned records
- we easily spotted suspect records, and the drill down on the source IP ("threat intelligence") showed clearly that they were malicious (blacklisted, large history of spoofing, ...)
And a handful of cool features, like the DNS timeline showing DNS records changes over time, or the analysis tool decomposing how your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records resolve to which IPs/services, what each tags and values mean, etc.
Very good experience with the staff so far.

For now I have no complaints, except maybe having to select my domain in a list, when actually it's the only domain configured.

Ultimately : it avoids email delivery, security and reputation issues for us. It helps us check we configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, and allows us to easily spot and diagnose suspect records.

DMARC implementation is no longer a nice to have but a must. PowerDMARC makes the process streamlined and robust with its offering. I especially appreciate the MSP plan that offers premium features at a very cost effective price point.

I submitted a ticket, and in 10 minutes Juan dropped on a quick call to explain me how the portal works.
The hosted features are amazing, because you don´t have to login to your DNS to make changes. Also, MailAuth Analyzer made it so easy to read headers.

Making DNS changes much easier using hosted services, and increasing security using tools for DMARC, SPF, and DKIM
Incredibly good service, and excellent support turn around.

Easy implementation and setup of multiple customers, along with additional troubleshooting tools that are useable outside of the normal PowerDMARC environment. Easy to view and understand metrics for data regarding multiple customers.
Support turnaround was exceptionally fast, and they were able to resolve my issue in less than 30 minutes.

Yet to encounter anything that warrants dislike of the service.

Email delivery service and troubleshooting. Using PowerDMARC's services has greatly assisted both myself and the other users in my company with solving email related issues for multiple clients.

PowerDMARC provides an intuitive platform that makes implementing and managing DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and other email authentication protocols very straightforward. The real-time insights and detailed reports help us monitor email traffic effectively and ensure our domain is protected from spoofing. Their support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, which adds significant value to the overall experience.

While the platform is comprehensive, the initial setup can feel a bit technical for users without a background in email security. However, the documentation and support team do a good job helping with the onboarding process.

PowerDMARC is helping us combat domain spoofing and phishing attempts by enforcing strong email authentication protocols like DMARC, SPF, and DKIM. Before using it, we had limited visibility into how our domain was being used—or misused—by unauthorized senders. Now, we have full control and insight into our email ecosystem, which has greatly improved our brand's email deliverability, trust, and security posture.

What do you like best about the product?
Can't fault the support and knowledge of everyone I worked with. They go well beyond what you would expect from the standard out there. Excellent product and very intuitive portal. It was easy to get my head around things.
