PowerDMARC is a simple, easy-to-use platform with a clean and intuitive interface. It made domain onboarding seamless, with all domains added without any issues.
The support team is responsive and knowledgeable—technicians resolve queries quickly and effectively.
Since implementation, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in our email security scores. Highly recommend for organizations looking to strengthen their domain security posture.

What do you dislike about the product?
No issues at the moment. Everything is working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps us address domain spoofing and email-based impersonation threats by implementing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM protocols effectively. Before using the platform, we lacked visibility into email authentication and had challenges ensuring consistent enforcement across domains.
Since adopting PowerDMARC, we’ve been able to onboard all domains smoothly, strengthen our domain security posture, and significantly improve our email security scores. The intuitive interface and quick support from their technical team have made it easy to manage configurations and resolve any issues without delays.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear dashboard, easy domain setup, and helpful reports. It simplifies DMARC, SPF, and DKIM monitoring with actionable insights. Support is responsive and onboarding was smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial UI takes a bit to get used to, but nothing to worry about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps prevent email spoofing and phishing by enforcing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM policies across our domains. It gives visibility into who is sending emails on our behalf, blocks unauthorized senders, and helps us maintain domain reputation. This increases email security and trust, especially for Microsoft 365 clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t any real downsides to the solution itself. However, to fully leverage its capabilities, it may require scheduling a few onboarding sessions or going through some of the available documentation to better understand the platform’s features and best practices. That said, the learning process is well-supported by their team and resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helps solve key domain security challenges like spoofing, phishing, and unauthorized use of our domain. With tools like DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and detailed monitoring, it ensures only verified sources can send emails on behalf of our domain. It also improves domain reputation, supports compliance, and gives clear visibility into how our domain is being used—making it easier to catch and fix issues before they become a problem.
Great onboarding journey
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding of us as an MSP/reseller and the onboarding of our first managed domains has been superb. If only all vendors had a partner onboarding programme like PowerDMARC, it would make our lives so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UX/UI in the portal is a little confusing. However, access to tech support and the quality of tech support is second to none. So, whenever we have a question, it gets answered very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of email sending sources (as reported through DMARC reports) is very good. Compliance with DKIM and SPF and ultimately with DMARC is shown clearly.

Sender reputation and visbility of DKIM / SPF alignment.

The platform is comprehensive and easy to use, and the team has been more than happy to answer any questions that have come up as I find my way around. Their prices also feel fair. I feel pretty confident I'm going to stick around and grow with them.

So far, there's nothing I don't like about PowerDMARC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC allows me to secure, manage, and monitor my customers email traffic. Given that phishing is by far the largest threat in cybersecurity, using their toolkit goes a long way toward achieving my security and HIPAA compliance goals for my customers.
Simple, reliable, and effective service at a very good price
What do you like best about the product?
The product keeps improving over time: it even automatically configures DNS records in your Cloudflare panel, etc. Honestly, it is very convenient and works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it facilitates a BIMI certificate in some way, or optimizes the value of the subscription even though it is already very high.

Dynamic IP change in SPF - This is done automatically with PowerSPF

Robust DMARC Solution with Great Support and Intuitive Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Since our last review, the experience has remained consistently strong. The platform continues to be reliable, with clear visibility across domains and excellent reporting. The real-time threat insights are still a standout feature, and the guided approach to moving from monitoring to enforcement makes ongoing management straightforward. Support remains responsive and knowledgeable, which gives confidence when dealing with more complex configurations or investigations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add. Once up and running, the system is intuitive and easy to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an MSP, PowerDMARC helps us secure our clients’ domains against spoofing, phishing, and unauthorised email use. Managing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM across multiple customers used to be time-consuming and fragmented. PowerDMARC streamlines that process by giving us a centralised, multi-tenant dashboard with clear visibility and actionable insights. It allows us to quickly identify issues, guide customers towards full DMARC enforcement, and demonstrate improved email security. This not only strengthens our service offering but also builds trust with clients who rely on us to protect their brand and communications.
Exactly what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and straight forward to configure, we were literally up and running in 5 minutes.
Intuitive and well organized; easy to find what you're looking for with no need of the help material.
Had to check what can SPF automation could do for us, and with their help material I got a grasp of it in literally 2 minutes, so their help material is to-the-point !
After the first dmarc reports came in, the aggregate reports (e.g. "Per host") helped us make sense of unaligned records in a way even easier than I had anticipated :
- we easily and instantly saw our different "cases", ie forwarded emails with failed SPF but successful DKIM and DMARC (therefore OK) and regular emails with 100% aligned records
- we easily spotted suspect records, and the drill down on the source IP ("threat intelligence") showed clearly that they were malicious (blacklisted, large history of spoofing, ...)
And a handful of cool features, like the DNS timeline showing DNS records changes over time, or the analysis tool decomposing how your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records resolve to which IPs/services, what each tags and values mean, etc.
Very good experience with the staff so far.

For now I have no complaints, except maybe having to select my domain in a list, when actually it's the only domain configured.

Ultimately : it avoids email delivery, security and reputation issues for us. It helps us check we configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, and allows us to easily spot and diagnose suspect records.
