Rocketlane || Easy to use Project manager tool
What do you like best about the product?
It puts together our time well indeed. Permits fast admittance to nitty gritty data in regards to a specific undertaking and I like the week by week time card view, which empowers me to log time with less exertion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, seems to be working fine for our team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has been a lifeline for the whole group. I save long stretches of redundant undertakings utilizing Rocketlane. I'm thankful for such an item as a component of our techstack

What do you like best about the product?
*Ease of use - incredibly helpful for project management and organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some tabs, like the Home tab, seems to cluttered and not very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with project management and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Comprehensive Easy to Use Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The training to start using this platform is very short and concise. I enjoy that the user interface is very intuitive and easy to drag or move items around the project map. Additionally, whenever I have encountered any issue or some new feature that can make the tool better, the customer support team has been extremely responsive and quick to add new features to their roadmap. Once the idea is submitted, it takes minimal time for that feature to be applied. I also enjoy using the time tracking feature where it can be submitted through the task summary page itself and it automatically logs on the weekly timesheet view. This really saves us time when trying to track the implementation time of projects. It took almost no time to integrate this into our current project management processes! The ease of implementation to any project makes this tool extremely powerful and worry free. We use this tool every day in our current project management process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings exist across multiple projects at the same time, it would be beneficial to have individual settings saved for each project separately so modifying the settings on one project does not alter the settings on another. Some clients for projects require more notifications than others but we want to cater towards their expectations of notifications instead of sending them too much notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane provides as much transparency to our customers as possible. We log all the tasks and the task duration so our clients know exactly what is being completed during the week. I have had them tell us that when the weekly work item summary is sent out, it is easy for them to read and know exactly where we are at in the implementations phase.

Can add a feature to wrap the text so that it would be easier to update status of each account with uot having to view with out wraping it.

One platform for project overview and step by step instructions and easy communication with clients.
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation is so much easier as we are able to provide the phases of the implementation process with clear step by step instructions. Great platform for communicating with the client and providing resources to assist with performing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike is when updating a template it only applies to new projects. Sometimes Rocketlane has glitches and requires refreshing the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for managing each project and providing the analytics necessary. Meaning, tracking how long it takes to onboard a client, notes, timeline, probability o completing, etc.

Exceptional Project Management Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Task Management and Client Collaboration. The task management features have simplified our workload by enabling easy assignment, setting due dates, and tracking progress. The integrated chat and comment system have improved our team's communication, reducing the need to sift through emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our experience with Rocketlane, we have found it to be a highly valuable tool for project management. However, there are some aspects that could benefit from improvement. First, the learning curve can be a bit steep, especially for new users. Navigating the feature-rich user interface may require some time to become fully proficient. Additionally, a few minor bugs and performance issues have been encountered during our usage. Overall, while Rocketlane offers an impressive suite of project management features, enhancing its user-friendliness and resolving minor bugs would further elevate its usability and value.

It streamlines our project management process. With Rocketlane, we can easily assign tasks, set due dates, and track progress, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and projects stay on schedule. This has greatly improved our project efficiency. Rocketlane also enhances collaboration both internally and with clients. The integrated chat and comment system allow for real-time communication, reducing the need for lengthy email chains.

it's easy for me to understand where is everything and how I can manipulate the tools without a lot of time invested

When I create a project with several subtasks, but all are on my side, is very tedious to reflect that I'm the owner one by one.

how to keep a clean track of my daily activities and the time that I'm consuming on these activities
Helps me manage customer projects easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it creates a professional customer portal (and polished!) that brings all data around my ongoing projects together. It's easy to use templates for projects and connects with popular tools like Slack, and HubSpot. Their friendly team is adding more integrations in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am waiting for the launch of Rocketlane mobile app so that I can manage the projects on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to search various communication channels and emails to keep track of the current ongoing projects, now it's easier for me to stay informed on the ongoing projects and I can time my engagement with customers properly. This has significantly helped me improve communication and manage our company's resources much better.

At UpperInc, we love Rocketlane's user-friendly interface. It's straightforward and makes project management a breeze. The real-time project health feature is a lifesaver, helping us spot and fix issues promptly. It's our go-to tool for smoother, more efficient work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Rocketlane offers great features, we sometimes find that the mobile version could be more intuitive. A few more customization options would also be a nice addition to tailor the platform exactly to our needs at UpperInc.
