Great Way for handling tech driven sales platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly, Easy UI, helps in tracking performance across the teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve on the response time for opening various tabs, like switching tabs from projects to tasks take up some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is creating a platform between tech teams and the non tech teams to track the work between themselves, it is acting as a bridge for requirements and their fulfilment.
Great product--responsive support
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great product and the support is helpful. They built out our process and held our hand through the implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had an issue logging in but they fixed it quick...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating and pushing the customer forward.
Logging time and keeping track of the work is quite easy and very less time consuming.

The feature to add work hours per day as well as connecting tickets with rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always have to check the tags to select and it is quite time taking.

Using rocketlane I can log time and track project progress at the same place, instead of going ticket to ticket and chasing the respective people for the updates.
So yes, the time is saved and hassle too.

Decent platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create specific boards fro clients that are specific and they cannot edit or delete things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the client cannot create their own tasks if they want to keep every together - I would have to create it for them...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the onboarding process and limiting our clients from getting overwhelmed because we can hide the "next steps" until the are ready.

We've been using RocketLane for customer onboarding for about a year now. I have to say that the team loves it! The ease of use and the constant addition of new features is great, but the customer support is just AMAZING.

What do you dislike about the product?
After using the system for over a year, I'd have to say that most of our negative feedback is nitpicky. Not all of our customers love the magic links to log in. Since we've requested they bookmark these at the beginning of projects, they forget where to go much less frequently. We'd also get a lot more use out of dependencies if we could have tasks with them be within the same day.

Making our onboardings much more efficient and easy of use aligns with our agile processes.
Revolutionizing Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has everything needed for successful project management. This completely eliminates the need for an agency which usually does the job for you. This saves a huge amount of time while giving clarity while keeping the power in your hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane is new and gets developed in an ongoing process. All the features work, only sometimes the systems loading time can be slow. I am sure this will get fixed in a later update though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a comprehensive template with a bunch of checklists, which helps us decreasing the onboarding time of a client from one week to 1 DAY. Rocketlane gives us the base to collaborate together effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to access the Rocketlane compared to other tools available in the market. It makes customer onboarding transparent and manageable to the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to log time for previous date from all tasks section. Have to go to timesheet and then choose task and then log time.

Nothing as of now, but the dashboards are not engaging.
